The location and shuttle access to airport

Cleanliness , price for value , needs updated furniture, new carpet, just a complete remodel.

Good value and affordable. Close to the airport and friendly front desk staff.

Noticed a single small bug on the desk. I couldn’t identify what it was but it resembled a tiny roach; not sure though. I smashed it and tried to clean the area because I had to eat lunch on the desk. The carpet had tack strips exposed where it joins the tile at the threshold of the bathroom. The wall to the right of the bathroom entry had what appeared to be stains of some sort. Looked like something was wiped and left residue on the wall. The sheets had small black dots here and there. I’m assuming they were harmless and stains of some sort. The lobby and front desk area was immaculate. The staff was friendly and funny. They were constantly cleaning the lobby and front of the elevator areas. It was refreshing to see that. I think if they paid the same level of attention to the rooms as they did, the lobby, by experience may have been better. I can’t see myself going on yelp and rating this hotel based on my experience. The reason why is because the staff was very friendly and it seemed like they were doing the best they could. But please check out the rooms. That will address any final issues I may have experienced.

They didn’t have a pool

It was close to the location I needed.

The hotel smelled old. The room was outdated and smelled old. Sheets were not fresh. I had to pay for parking on the property. The first night staff member woman was rude.
