Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Only reason not giving 5 star overall is the pillows were very hard and would recommend handheld shower head for greater ease of shower.

Two queen room that I booked was unavailable. We got the last room, which was a king. Room smelled heavily of smoke, and the smoke detector was disconnected. There was also no toilet paper, which we discovered the next morning. There is no way house cleaning couldn't have been aware of this issue. We did not bring this up to management, as it was the last room and it was too late at night to look for another hotel.
HOWEVER, I do believe that management would have helped us out because they were very friendly at check in, very accommodating, probably the best I've dealt with in all my stays at a hotel.

Close to Midway airport. Convenient place to stay when arriving late. Not the most comfy bed. Average stay.

The hotel was modern and clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast offered. They offer a free shuttle to Midway to get to the train for travel into the city. They offered free parking. The only thing that bothered us was another guest was smoking weed on our floor and the hall and our room smelled. The hotel did what they could with machines to clear the smell.

This was a one-day business trip, but I worked in my room for most of it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the free breakfast was great. The only complaint was that the "office chair" that I had to sit in when I was working on my computer was broken a little and the seat was worn out. It should be replaced if they can. The location was also not great but the shuttle to the airport was right on time and the driver was really friendly. Overall I would stay there again, especially if I needed to be close to the midway airport.

The hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was great and so was the shuttle service to the airport. Parking for past your hotel stay is $17/day, but ended up being around 20 with taxes/fees. The front desk lady when we checked in was rude.

The room was clean and the staff was really friendly. One of the hotel lobby hosts stood out to me. Her name was Faith. As an out of towner i had so many questions about where to go and how to get around and she answered them each with such positivity and love for her city. Made me feel a little less home sick thats for sure. All the staff members seem to share that same culture. From the lobby staff , to the cleaning staff , and even the security. It was a pleasant stay thanks to all of them

We booked this last minute upon reaching O’Hare after a long international trip. We decided to return to west coast the next day-Faith checked us in and was so welcoming and full of personality . Nice big room and comfortable bed.

At 2:30 in the morning our phone kept ringing a bunch of times. Then there was knocking several times. Then there was pounding on our door. It was the security guard that said we needed to go to the front desk because they put us in the wrong room!!! We refused and had a terrible night sleep. This was totally un called for.

the property is located in what looks like a hotel community. Breakfast is served from 6am with selections a little better than continental breakfast.
The have coffee bar near the front desk and has cold drinks that can be purchased. they don't accept cash payments

Was not happy at checkin - checked in at 10:00 pm after long day of travel and meetings. When I walked in the room they gave me it had clearly not been cleaned - dirty towels in bathroom, unmade bed. I was actually worried I was walking into someone’s room since it was so clear the cleaning service hadn’t touched it. Had to go back down to get another room😡. Manager did call after to make sure all ok but a serious annoyance after a very long day!
