the manager on duty was accommodating.
the room that was given to us really smell bad it could be coming from a carpet that got wet. the carpet need to be change. deep clean won’t do

This location need to be shut down and not be apart of there brand.
This location has very worn furniture and seems to be unmanaged. There are people smoking marijiana in the build and is definitely not a safe location for people with family and kids. I think it’s just an affordable homeless camp.

Hotel smelled of Marijuana including my room.
Second day when I was cooking I went to pour excess hot water in sink and it was clogged. I called front desk and they came up and handed me a drain plunger.
Then on third day a water pipe burst open while we were out. I came home to a soaked room.
I packed up my goods into my suv and went to another hotel.

Not one thing about this hotel was good.
Booked a non smoking room and got a room that had been heavily smoked it. The room had been hotboxed and the smoke detector had been covered with plastic. Complained to the staff asking for a room change the said they didn't have any so I asked for a full refund and if go somewhere else. They refused to give me a refund and a change of room. Don't stay here. Absolutely terrible

even though it was a non smoking facility the 2nd floor spelled like pot. The hallway was not lighted very well and the room was dirty (food behind the night stand, carpet stained bad, the sheets looked like they were not changed, pubic hair was on the kitchen and bathroom counters).

The breakfast was a joke, and staff members were whispering to each other in the presence of my fiancee ( which is rude ). Furthermore, the hallway smelled like dogs. Support pets are definitely acceptable, but I witnessed 2 guests heading into the same room with huge intimidating dogs. I can go on and on about the things I didn't like. The funny thing is I know absolutely nothing is going to change, so I'll voice my grievance with the corporate office.

they removed my belongings from a miscommunication from the front desk and threw all my food out and personal care items which they need to reimburse me for .

I arrived at the hotel at the check in time given to me by booking.com with a confirmation email.when I arrived the two ladies at the front desk were very rude with attitude and lack of manner.the moment I said I am here to check in they said sorry check in is 3pm go and come back at 3pm
I was trying to tell them and show them the email of confirmation they were not even ready to listen to me at all. Coming from Canada tired and can't wait to check in and rest.
it was pouring Heavy rain with wind storm.i politely asked if the have a sitting lounge or waiting areas so I can wait .the lady responded quickly no sorry go and come back.i was shocked to my bone.with my luggage I walk out of the building stood under the rain and the storm for more than 4hours.by the time I checked in I was under the weather coughing headache and I slept indoors for the 2 days and check out.
I am proud to be canadian because we treat people better
.i will never encourage anyone or my Canadian traveling to USA to dare book a reservation with such hotel. When I left extended stay America in Chicago I checked in a hotel in Boston called Avid hotel best treatment respectful staff.worm welcome all the staff very helpful. I will recommend them over and over again.
Shame to the management in the Chicago extended stay America your staff lack the skills of costumer service and their behaviour and attitude are worse than an illiterate.

They front desk is rude disrespectful lack of compassion , full of ego mannerless unhelpful and above all unprofessional.
I was very calm upon such incall for treatment and patient because in my profession as a nurse I deal with all kinds of behaviour.at all time.

The front desk folks were very friendly, and polite. They also accommodated my room change without causing any fuss at all.
It was very quiet at night! My room had two sets of windows which was nice for having a little sunshine in the room.
No overhead lighting but there were tons of lamps for lighting.
Everything was lovely
