No microwave in the room

The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The little shop next to the check in office did not have enough supplies. It had snacks but didn’t have bare necessities like aspirin, hair brush, etc.

That some rooms had a balcony and a refrigerator and microwave and that fridays was connected

I didn’t like the front desk clerk Sabrina she was rude

My room wasn’t clean when I took possession of it. Not stocked daily with regular coffee in room… no breakfast offered on site

I asked for a balcony room when I made my reservations and every time I stay at this property I’m always told it’s none available.

the room wasn’t clean the hotel wasn’t clean and we had to evacuate because someone smoking carelessly outside smh and no compensation whatsoever no breakfast voucher or anything offered not even water while we were outside for almost an hour no hospitality

Everything in the hotel was beautiful stay me and my husband enjoyed it

the mattress was so soft I felt that I had to stay in the middle to keep from rolling out!

I stayed there for three days and the television did not work. I had several complaints about the television they tried to fix it on numerous times and it still wasn’t fixed when I suggested to have a new room they staff member said that they did not have any rooms available I continue to stay because I was celebrating my 60th birthday, and I was very disappointed that for those three days I had to be in the room with no television.

I didn’t like that I was complaining about the television did not work and they did not try to move me into a different room. They kept sending the maintenance guy to come and fix it but yet it never got fix all the time that I stay there for three days. It’s really sad that it could be a great experience, but they end up being very dissatisfied.

Convenient to all amenities in the area. Shopping and excellent food choices.

The pool area was closed.
