I enjoyed my stay because of the location, comfort and excellent service. The room offers lots of storage spaces. The bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping team, receptionists, in-room dining team, and bellboys were very professional, polite, and friendly. The services that they delivered were efficient and exceptional!
This hotel is conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsiu and it connected to Harbour City (one of the best malls) and close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and public transportation.
The team was able to solve the issue in a timely manner. One night, I smelled smoke, so I called the Guest Service. They sent someone to do investigation immediately and found out the guest next to my room was smoking cigarettes with his door opened. They gave this guest a warning, as this was a non-smoking property. The customer service rep gave me a follow-up call and kept me updated with the situation, apologized for this happening, and thanked me for reporting. I was very grateful for how efficient and professional the team handled this.
I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there next time when I visit Hong Kong!

The bathroom shower drain took a long time to drain the water.
It would have been nice to have an extra shelf in the shower for personal shampoo and soap.
Extra towel hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.
The shower door swings out which causes a lot of water on the floor.
There is nowhere to put your towel while in the shower without opening the door and soaking the floor.
We loved the space for open luggage on the bench.

This hotel is in a very convenient spot for walking to public transport and the harbor front for the ferries. You can tap a credit card to pay the fare. Hotel staff is incredibly helpful and cheerful. The concierge, Joe Tam, went out of his way to give us detailed directions , and seemed genuinely happy to see us return from our adventures lol. Room was immaculately clean, large and well appointed .

It was a good stay. Room and bathroom were clean. However, there was no coffee machine , only coffee sachets. There was also no iron and ironing board. In the bathroom, hooks were lacking. Bathrobes were hanged on the hooks so we had to hang our towels on the shower door handle.

Imagine staying at a hotel where both bed and pillow are old and uncomfortable. The bed sunk in the middle. Ask housekeeping who said is bcos guests sit in the middle of the bed thats why the bed sag in centre.

Buffet breakfast adequate with many juices, hot drinks, fruits, salads and congee. The concierge service was excellent too. China ferry a 3-minute walk from the hotel, across a big Apple Store and many cosmetic and luxury brands.

It is a part of the Harbor city shopping mall and there are so many luxury shops.

Very spacious room. The curtain doesn’t cover the window totally and since they have a mirror nearby, the sunlight reflects the sun causing even more light during daytime.

Club lounge was very good. But it open in afternoon. I could not eat breakfast in club lounge. So, we have to go 3rd floor restaurant. Restaurant service was not good. Too many staff. Almost staff were young, I did not feel hospitality. I do not want to stay this hotel.
I recommend Marco Polo Hongkong or Gateway.
