It was an amazing experience. The resort was very cleanly set up, and easy to get to around too, very close to the disney parks. I will be staying here again for my next vacation.

We cot to the resort early and were allowed to use the pool until our room was ready which was great. Check in wasn't until 4:00, however we were told we would get a call as soon as the room was ready. We waited until 4:15, we hadn't heard anything, so we went back, and the women told us our room had been ready for a while. The room is nice however my wife and I smashed our shins several times because the bed frame sticks out more than the mattress and the space is small. Then we went to make coffee, and the coffee maker did not work.

Evacuated here from Sarasota. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. My kids loved the giant tub!

Very comfortable stay in a well-appointed, spacious room. There’s nothing this didn’t have, other than some outdoor space, but we were very comfortable here and managed to ride-out Hurricane Milton without any issues or damage. Overall, would definitely recommend this accommodation and resort.

we had a great time even the hurricane couldn't stop that. Our only hang up was with Hotels.com customer service and not with the resort. everything at the resort was beautiful.

Amazing stay! Check-in was quick and rooms were very clean.

It was OK, the room was a little dated. We were on the 4th floor in building 25. The walk from the main entrance to our room was about half a mile. We didn't have a car so we walked. Walking down the hallway at night to our room was a little annoying with all the mosquitos and moths. During the day there were hornets. The Marketplace was overpriced, and the restaurants on site did not get good yelp reviews so we didn't try them.

The stay was amazing. I did not expect the look and style of the place. The staff and accomodations were amazing and if I could I would rate it 6 stars

Excellent resort with plenty of recreational activities within. Very close to theme park attractions in Orlando. Good food options on site. Room was very nice and modern including fridge/freezer and washer/drier, as well as microwave and dishwasher. Ideal for families or couples.

The check-in process was not very smooth our room was not ready at 445. We were told to check in window is from 4:00 to 6:00. Someone was knocking on our door at 9:15 trying to get in to clean telling us to go she barely spoke English. The room was clean Cool was great restaurant was great but the overall service was not great. And yes we did let the hotel know what we were unhappy with.

We have stayed at this property before (Cascades section). For this stay, we were in Springs. Although finding the buildings can be a bit challenging, there are plenty of signs and a map to direct you. Our building was faced the main highway. We only heard the emergency vehicles when they were in the area and using their sirens. We did not have any neighbors during our stay so it was very quiet. The grounds are walkable and quiet scenic, especially if you venture between the buildings. Hidden waterfalls and picturesque bridges dot the property and make for great locations to look for wildlife, like birds, lizards, fish, and turtles. There are posted signs warning of snakes and alligators however we did noy see any. There are plenty of activites for all ages for a fee. And plenty of places to eat on site or in the general area. The market is pricey but convenient. We did not opt for the 90 minute tour for a gift card and did not sign up for the reduced rate deal. We enjoy the property and its convenient location but are not interested in purchasing a timeshare. While the staff was pulling ever trick in the book to get us to sign up, we never felt pressured to do so. Our 2 bedroom was stocked with everything we needed. And there are stores close by for essentials. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and everything was in working order. We've stayed at Sheraton Vistana's in other locations and they do not disappoint. We will be back when we return to Orlando.

Great facility with helpful staff. The “villa”, a 1-bedroom apartment with full kitchen, living room and dining room for 4, was clearly recently renovated and is amazing value. Close to Disney’s resorts but you will need a car to get there. I was there on business; I will go back, this time with my family.

Early check in was requested and they started they could accommodate. Check in is listed as 4pm. We were actually running late so arrived at approximately 4:10 and was told the room wasnt ready and theyd call us. Unfortunately that didnt work since we had to leave at 4:45 for an event that lasted til 2am. The room they gave us had brackets on the curtains so we were unable to shut any curtains in the living room or master bedroom so the privacy aspect wasnt there. Which was super uncomfortable being on the 1st floor. Weve stayed here before so i knew i had reasonable expectations of the property and unfortunately they fell very short this time.

One of the best stays I’ve had. Friendly staff, comfort of the 2 bedroom Villa space and size great. The amenities were plenty. The only issue was the signs at night and directions of the signs. Need spot lights on signs at night and better directions on them The property is very big We celebrated my 50th birthday weekend and had a great time We loved this stay

Nothing to do with the resort but the traffic lights take a while to allow pedestrians to walk

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. One minor inconvenience was the main road into our building was closed for a broken water pipe which closed off 6-8 parking spaces.

We lovede it there.. very helpfull staf.. we Will be Comming back..

overall it was really good, pillows were terrible so we bought some but other than that all good.

My recent stay at this resort was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was painfully slow. It felt like the only priority they had was to pressure us into purchasing a timeshare. The harassment didn’t stop there—early the next morning, we were rudely awakened by a phone call pushing their timeshare offer, which was incredibly frustrating. When it came time to check out, we asked for permission to extend our checkout time to 11 am instead of the standard 10 am because we were running behind schedule. The response we received was shockingly rude. The staff, particularly the cleaning person, was incredibly unpleasant, speaking to us in a very harsh and unfriendly manner. Overall, this was a terrible stay, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Perfection

My husband and I had a quick 3 day 2 night weekend. Came for a concert. Checking in was very organized and professional. The property was beautiful. Well maintained. The pool was wonderful. All together, we both said we would come back. For a longer vacation.
