For a hotel over $300.00 plus it certainly did not meet my expectations. The lobby is absolutely beautiful but I was not impressed with the hotel room.

We loved this hotel and will definitely be coming back again. We stayed here in November and it was not busy so we had the pool practically to ourselves. They put on family movie night at the pool every week which was such a fun treat. One night we were there was football and the other night was Moana. The Lakeside Restaurant was fabulous and the waiter we had was very friendly. All the staff were very nice! Definitely will return!

My daughter and I had so much fun!! We went to Epcot. My favorite ride was “Soaring”. I enjoyed it so much that I went on it twice. I actually cried when I could see down on the world. It was so beautiful and I admired everything that I saw. I saw elephants, a whale, people competing and rowing on a boat, a beautiful castle, the desert, the beaches, the camels, cowboys riding horses. I would like to thank the crew that designed and created that ride THANK YOU❤️❤️YOU’RE ALL BEAUTIFUL AMAZING CREATIVE INDIVIDUALS. I’m someone who has a passion for the ride. I’m actually blind out of my right eye sadly to say. It’s a very painful unfortunate situation that happened to me. I’m a survivor who now suffers with PTSD and suffer mentally, physically, fundamentally and now loss of my hearing as a result of the injury. So for someone like myself and others that can relate will truly commend you from the bottom of our Hearts 💕 ❤️❤️❤️🙏

This is an excellent resort with a great pool area and ideally placed for visiting WDW. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable, however the room definitely felt a bit outdated and tired but this in no way spoiled our experience and we would stay again. Our stay also coincided with Hurricane Milton, we felt very well looked after and extremely safe.

As a family who has stayed in hotels around the world, this must have been one of the best stays we have had. A big and genuine thank you to all the staff and especially Aicha at breakfast and the service by the staff and chef at our dinner.

The pool is wonderful and there is lots to do on property. Paddle boats and bikes, putt-putt, gym, splash pad, restaurants, gardens to walk around. It close to Disney Springs and other Disney attractions.

The staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. During my son's birthday weekend, the lobby attendant went above and beyond by sending some cake up to his room to celebrate. It was such a heartfelt and unexpected gesture. This place has it all - you don't have to leave if you don't want to.

Loved the pool area and the easy access to activities for the family. I wish there was an area in the pool for adults, the pool caves were amazing but always filled with kids playing. The drinks at the bar were great and the food in the restaurants and market were also very tasty. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hotel is family oriented and perfect for vacation, the only downside is the cost there are alot of hidden fees accumulated after we arrived .all have not be declared as you book. After I paid for everything in Experdia I encountered extra fees like for the resort fee of $36which should have been included already on top parking fees and extra charges of $51 per day in addition there is parking taxes which is very strange to get charged for new customer . So I ended up paying $512 extra that has not been declared before. First, issue is the bathroom water seeping from the shower to floor and you can't stop this as its tile installation mistake, further more the sink doesn't drain properly we have to wait in order to finish cleaning our hands or face. Second we got into the room and the light was broken and dirty towel on the floor. So I had to call the service desk to take care of it.which they did.

I really enjoyed the stay at the resort. Everything was very beautiful. I wish the spa were open because that I why I chose to stay there. I didn't learn it was closed until the day I checked in. I called to book an appointment before my stay and was told they could set everything up in person at check-in. Overall, very beautiful and convenient location.
