I purchased this room for my parents her were staying for my fathers birthday. It was an awful stay for them! They had maintenance called to room multiple times!
Heat wasn’t working, toilet was broke and fan in bathroom never stopped running!
It was an awful experience and the staff didn’t offer ANYTHING for all the trouble over the weekend. Absolutely pathetic and will never book with this hotel again!

After checking in, I was assigned to a room and ciuld not get in. Aftee 3 attempts back abd forward to the front desk i learned that someone was asleep in the room. A second room waa assigned abd adter 3 attempts only to find out that there was someone in that room. called security security came abd gave us a 3rd room. It took us over an hour. 4 and a 1/2 to get assigned a room

The only issue is that I had is when I ask for a non-smoking room, I don’t want to smell smoke or the remanence of smoke from back in the day.

A great stay for your airport needs. The airport shuttle was very convenient! Clean room with a great bed and quiet during my stay. I enjoyed the gym every morning. However, it is pretty far out from most attractions and food places and the bathroom was pretty tiny with the toilet right next to the tub which made it uncomfortable but it did not bother me much. Overall a great stay if you want to be near the airport!

Needed definite upgrades. Had a hard time with customer service. Toilet broke took forever to get a plunger to room. Received no help and spent hours of our own time trying to fix. Pool was COLD, super small, and needs to be cleaned. Found Multiple bugs crawling around on the bathroom floor. My son was stung by multiple bee's walking into the key entry side door. There was a yellow jacket nest above the door frame. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Property was nice however upon checking in my door was propped open by the security latch. Front desk said it was housekeeping but it still was weird and made us uncomfortable. Would not stay again for that reason.

Always love the Hilton, this was definitely an exception. Room would barely pass inspection to be considered “clean”. Used soap in shower and trash not taken out. Noticeably outdated, with cheap repairs showing through everywhere.

While everything was very clean and well kept the front desk staff was condescending, rude, and judgmental. Made a comment "we don't have a free breakfast here, with a pause then said, you have to actually pay for it". It was extremely judgemental and unprofessional. We are on a multi state tour of different colleges for my oldest. It not only upset me but my son. I don't normally care what hotel I stay at as long as it's clean and convenient but I won't be staying at Hiltons anymore.

The cleaning was terrible. Housekeeping needs to do a better job on the rooms. Pillowcase looks to have had blood stains on them. Bathroom floor had hair on it and tub. Dust all over the tables lamps and desk.

We stayed here for one night on our way down to Tennessee. We chose this hotel for the trailer/RV parking and because it was right off the highway. This was a very nice, clean and updated hotel. Check in was great and the rooms are very spacious. Not sure why there's no fan in the bathroom. Lots of amenities and close to a good selection of restaurants. This might be nit picking, but our reservation stated that breakfast was included but the front desk didn't mention it when we checked in. We called down in the morning to ask if our breakfast was included as per our email and were put on hold for over 5 minutes. We ended up just going over to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. This might be something the hotel want to work out with Hotels.com for the future. Other than that, would recommend and would stay again.
