This hotel needs an upgrade in terms of aesthetics, cleanliness and overall appearance. Carpets in the hallway of our floor not vaccumed for what seemed days. Scuff marks on wall of our room. Mold on tiles and bathroom taps, faucet, celing. Paint job needed.
The buffet breakfast was great though, no complaints there.

When we arrived there was a bit of confusion with our booking. We had special instructions on our booking that we have breakfast included but at the reception we were told that we had to pay for two nights parking and breakfasts also were not included

Excellent location, right next to the Surfers Paradise station and the Q1 sky observation tower. The building is a little old but luckily well maintained. Great breakfast buffet selection and friendly staff service. P.S. if you get the river view, you can get stunning sunset view all from the comfort of the room, which is also very warm during winter as the sun shines in during the colder times of the day.

Changed 3 rooms in 3 nights, our first room was not clean, hair found in the bed, dirty used towels, toilet paper had dust and mould etc on it. Second room our toilet wasn’t flushing properly and then clogged. 3rd room was fine but just extremely inconvenient to change EVERY night.

The room's cleanliness and housekeeping are extremely poor, the carpet was not clean and never get vaccummed, and the cleaning tools were left on the chair, can you believe that! I told the front desk but they were indifferent! The staff are also very unfriendly, and the room has poor sound insulation, not recommended for staying.

It’s a good place if you’re not planning on spending too much time in the hotel . The walk to cavil ave wasn’t too far . The hotel tv only has antenna options example ; no Netflix or streaming services. The view was great. I did have some poor customer service experiences here and there but over all I’d rate the 3.5/5 starts :)

Service was not good at all. The restaurants were constantly understaffed so there were extended waits even to be seated. Room service was overpriced, took too long to be prepared, and very low quality. Television service was limited with no option to cast to the tv in the room.

Recently stayed at the property with a 1 and 3 year old and they had a great time and especially loved the indoor play area in the lobby. Mum and dad loved unwinding and watching live sports in the cafe/bar area. Restaurants, massage and shopping at your doorstep and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff catered to our allergies both there and in the restaurant. The staff are so lovely and helpful and with the tram and your doorstep it’s makes for an easy, stress free, enjoyable holiday. Some of the hotel is a little dated but it feels clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend
