My sec time staying in Royal Plaza! Hotel is clean and convenient most important the hotel is big, super near metro station (Mong Kok East station) cut thru the mall and 10-15 mins walk to Mong Kok station. Nice food everywhere. Will book the hotel again! Cut thru the mall to morning market/nightmarket! Highly recommended. Kids friendly too!

As a returning traveller to the Royal Plaza Hotel am always impressed with the quality of service, the cleanliness of the property and surrounding area, easy access to wherever you need to go and a filling breakfast in their Lion Rock room.

Although it was a short stay of two nights, quite surprise that the hotel does not provide bottled drinking water, had to purchase my own water from supermarket… also there’s no complete toiletries, perhaps this is due to the going green program but inconvenient for the guest.. hotel’s location is fantastic with the shopping mall just next door and the metro station very close by.. good location..

The room is ok, except both mattress were overly soft, making creaking sound. Not very comfortable for our back.

We had a very relaxing stay in the hotel. The Sound proof is amazing. We did not hear a sound from both sides of our room. The bed is so comfortable that it helped us sleeping better consider the time difference. The view was good.The room is clean and the service was good.
We don't know about how the recycling is conducted in the hotel so cannot comment on eco friendly. And we are not sure what condition means.

Great clean, quiet nice hotel in gd location. Only small issue is that i prefer to have standing shower instead of bathtub. Customer service can be more prompt and efficient. The waiting is a little long.

Location is good. Close to flower, bird and ladies markets. Plenty of food options and inside a shopping mall.
Staff not friendly, outdated and small rooms. Jacuzzi was out of service during our stay due to maintenance but we didn't see any maintenance happening.
The most silly feature is a waterfall that you have to go through to get in and out of pool area with your dry clothes on. It's ridiculous really.

Royal Plaza is our choice hotel whenever we visit Hong Kong. Service is excellent, rooms are clean and spacious, and the swimming pool a good size and gym well equipped.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel this year. Loved that this is in the middle of the convenient area-MongKok. This hotel is linked to MTR (Subway system) and connected to the mall. If you wish, it is within walkable distance to the outside market and street, to get a feel of where locals shop and live. Plenty of great shoppings and restaurants and even local food stalls. Will be back next time in HK!!

The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.

The hotel room was very comfortable and neat. Everyday, when we were out, staff members would come by to clean up the beds and any messes we had left behind. There was also a mall attached to the hotel so it was easy to shop and dine. However, usually the restaurants would take what felt like a week to deliver food to our tables. Although, I hardly feel this is the hotel’s fault and more the doing of the restaurant chefs and employees.

Rated as a five star hotel. Filtered water in room which is eco friendly and also very convenient. Hope that the filters are replaced regularly.
Interestingly. There are no tea spoons in the room, sticks are provided. Maybe they have an issue with guests walking off with tea spoons from the rooms.
