It was great. I was especially impressed with all staff members. The folks at the front desk were outstanding. The breakfast guy was very friendly and did a good job. The Maintenace staff and housekeeping folks were all so friendly and helpful. My wife had surgery at the Mayo clinic, and it was a stressful time for us. All of the SpringHill staff made the stay more comfortable. Thank you!

We had an early morning appointment at the Mayo Clinic across the street so it was an easy walk. Room looked nice and i liked it had a desk and nice little kitchenette area. Beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. There was hair and bugs in the bathtub, the toilet handle would stick so unless we manually pulled it up the toilet would run. There was about an inch of dust on the light above the mirror and the bathroom flooring seemed like it wasnt suck to the floor. It moved when we walked on it.
The lady who checked us in on sunday evening was very very kind. But the gentleman who checked us out made me stand there for 15 minutes with a baby who was fussing while he was on the phone. I probably wouldnt choose that hotel again as there are plenty on that street to choose from. The Holiday Inn a little further down was alot nicer when we stayed the week prior.

The hotel could use an upgrade. The bathroom floor was sticky and warping, and there was no counter space. Additionally, the mattresses needed to be replaced. One side of the King bed was hollowed in, making it uncomfortable. There were not enough USB outlets, either. All in all, I recommend it for a very short stay if visiting Mayo.

Excellent hotel. Looks new. Parking is next to the hotel which we liked (not in a parking garage). I am traveling with my daughter and we feel very safe and well taken care. The fitness room and the lobby are a bit small but still well maintained. Staff has been excellent. Also, this is less than a block from the St Francis doors which you can go through to get to Nasseff Tower. Much quicker than if you went through the front doors of Mary Brigh building. It is around the corner from the Emergency Room as well. Great food is close by. It is the perfect place to stay. Room is generous in size and is laid out nicely. We are very happy here.

I got a room with mold along the whole tub, floors had major damage with water chemicals and whatever else seeping through the cracks, wallpaper in bathroom bubbling and coming off and behind that more mold. Carpets felt gross, pool tiny. It was ok, friendly staff but hotel cost not worth the price at all!

I liked how close it was to St Marys, it was a nice hotel. The breakfast manager was very nice, always had a smile and was personable. The front desk gal at night was also super. Very friendly.

Every part of my stay from check in to checkot was wonderful. The only issue I had, and only on 1 day was in their free parking lot. The spaces need to be a bit wider. There were plenty of spaces but so many people park incorrectly that many spaces became unparkable. I don't hold this against the hitel, just the other patrons.

The room was so hot when we checked in we had to open the windows, the bathroom door would not stay shut, the worst was the tiles in by the toilet were ,ike leaking glue, it was comming up between the tiles all the time, getting glue over everythinh.

The staff was very helpful. I made an error in my booking and they helped me correct it easily. They knew we were in town for a dance competition so they gave each dancer a small baggie of snacks and gaterade to wish them luck--so thoughtful!
