The food was not up to Hampton standards and the coffee cups were cheap and the the worst I've tried to get a lid secured on. Otherwise it was good and all the staff I encountered was very friendly.

After a long day of travel we were meet by friendly staff who checked us into a very comfortable, clean room. The pool was great for a little relaxation. In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast prepared by Velma, an exceptional person!

This hotel was located right off of I-40. It was easy to find. The area is well-maintained.
Check-in was slow due to computer issues. We were also unable to connect to WiFi for several hours. We did eventually connect and service was fine.
The room was ok. The bed was comfortable and it was clean.
Our biggest complaint was that the AC was adequate at best. We had it set at 68° and it should have been chilly but it was barely comfortable. The room also had a very musty smell.
Breakfast was good. Beverly did a great job keeping the area clean and the food stocked.
It was an ok place to stay, but I would have expected a bit better for a Hilton brand.

We arrived on Fourth of July in the late afternoon and it was extremely hot outside. The air conditioning in our room was already set to cool, so the room was at a comfortable temperature. There was a canopy over the entrance, which was helpful when loading the car on a rainy morning the next day. The beds and pillows were comfortable (a little soft as we like it) and the room was clean.

The hotel is not new and is showing some wear and tear, but it is very well maintained and very clean. We skipped the breakfast as the dining area is pretty tight and there were no available seats. The people eating seemed to be pleased with what was being served.

The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.
The room however was very musty smelling. We had to spray the room with air freshener, prop open the door and turn the air on high to rid the room of the smell. The quilted coverlet on the bed smelled of old cologne. This was all very surprising to us, as we had stayed there a year before and found our entire stay was excellent.
