Spacious room and very busy hotel. Lots of people, including a bus load that arrived right AFTER me! Our room had plenty of space, was up to date with furnishings and equipment to include having USB-C outlets. Coffee is available 24-7 with machines that grind bean when with the push of a button. So, all good here and I recommend it.

The stay was ok but it was so loud early every morning starting at 7am I thought I was in a construction zone. When I checked in the staff was a lil rude maybe it was because it was late in the evening but besides that everything was ok

It was in process of remodel but our room had been completed. Very nice! Good style and comfort. The other aspects of remodel did not interfere with our stay at all. Breakfast had good variety. They did not have individual coffee pots in room but fresh brewed was available in lobby 24/7. I am a big coffee drinker but did not mind that switch to cut down on waste. Fresh baked cookies were available in lobby as well. There are not a lot of restaurants in town that are open in evening. Some fast food chains.

Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean. Only "issue" is that both of our room keys somehow de-magnatized, but the front desk was quick to fix that.

May 30, 2024, overnight. Check in, breakfast, lobby areas being remodeled. Big mess! Breakfast was in a converted meeting room. Walked down the hall as tile was being installed. Set up was fair. But no fruit juice. Our room though was perfect except for toilet paper nearly out with no back-up. Went to lobby to get a roll. Also, the toilet seat was very loose. An INCONVIENCE credit should be made! Normal rate was used. REPLY?

Needed somewhere to stay on short notice, they were able to accomodate my family of 5 no problem. Staff was awesome! Room was clean and comfy! Breakfast was prett decent too!

No one was at the desk when I arrived to check in. The employee was in the longe area watching TV and on her phone. After I called out “Is anyone here?” she came out but quickly returned to the lounge ASAP.

Have not stayed in Holiday Inn in years. This was the best hotel stay I’ve experienced in years! So quiet and peaceful and CLEAN, even so close to the highways. The stairwells were carpeted and well lighted (I like to walk stairs). Staff helped me fill my water flasks easily. Everyone was friendly and respectful! Will consider these hotels in the future.

Noisy neighbors u til midnight. Only had room service every two days. Breakfast was removed before the 10 a.m. cutoff. Only one sink for a two bed room. Linited clothing storage. Limited water pressure.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is currently being renovated and will be really nice once completed.

A clean place. We had problems with our reservation and don't know where it went south — somewhere between Expedia/Hotels.com, the reservation was mistaken. We only had one of the two rooms reserved, and the other room (two queen beds) was unavailable. The staff was polite and corrected the problem the next day. We found our reservation in our emails and they found the right-sized room after the first night.

Be advised that customer service front desk was rude, also when trying to contact them several times they would not answer phone at all and would rederect to operator and would never answer , bed sheets had a few blood stains that was discusting , noise on upper level they was drilling or renovating up stairs and you can hear all the renovation, over all was a horrible experience at this location
