I was charged twice by this property and have been calling since my stay with no resolution. It’s been 11 days and I’ve been calling to speak with a manager and had to no surprise she’s never there and when she is she doesn’t answer nor return calls.

A great experience at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great location convenient shuttle to GSP and hotel clean with modern facilities. Would highly recommended.

We had a layover and chose to stay here. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. The only thing was the comfort of the mattress. It was like trying to sleep on a brick slab.

The bathroom looked like a bathroom in a hospital.
No counter space no extra drawers
When booked the reservation, we were told there would be free breakfast with the room, but the rent desk said otherwise.

Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. The only (and very minor) thing was that the shower door screeched loudly when you opened and closed it - and that was a little jarring first thing in the morning. Otherwise, everything was absolutely wonderful!

It was nice to walk into a friendly welcome, easy check-in, clean room and bathroom, and have a shuttle to the airport early enough to catch an early morning flight.

While I was visiting family in Greenville, I tested positive for Influenza A. So that I wouldn't get my family sick, I booked a last minute stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, they were extremely accommodating. They even allowed me a check out of 3PM since my flight didn't leave until 6PM. They gave me a bottle of water and laundry detergent so I could do some laundry during my stay. Also, I loved the fact that they had a quick shuttle to the airport. Thank you, Courtyard Marriott, for taking care of me during this unfortunate situation.
