Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly, and I loved the accommodations.

Bathroom was dirty. It looked like the shower wasn’t properly cleaned. The drapes had stains on them. The lock for the room didn’t work. Anytime we opened and shut our door a little dog would bark for 5 mins straight non stop. Overall just felt very creeped out.

The room felt a little dated, the ice machine on the floor was out of order. I called housekeeping when we arrived (it was 10PM) because the bedding for the sofa bed was damp, the girl on the phone was not sure if we can get a replacement. Luckily, they did find a replacement but told us we had to come down to get it at the front desk. When we got to the front desk the gentlemen apologized and told us that they will bring it up to our room. The a/c unit was loud and there was a musty smell. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby area.

Very quiet room, there is a bistro and bar in the evening, but if you’re looking for a free continental breakfast or coffee there is none. Walkable to the Natick Mall, very close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. We stayed here two years ago and they have made several upgrades (such as Starbucks for purchase in the morning). We’ll be staying here again in October.

It's a good hotel. My daughter and I liked our stay here. We definitely come back and recommend to our friends.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff. Located very conveniently to highway. Very comfortable beds and pillows. 25 minute drive to boston. Would recommend.

I booked my a room with a King bed and a queen sofa bed for my my wife and I and our two teenage sons. I had prepaid for the room and check in online because I new we would be arriving late. When we did arrive our room was not available and we were told that we had a choice to either drive another half an hour to another hotel or take the room they had (only a King with no sofa bed) and they would comp us the room and breakfast. It was late and my wife was ill and hadn't come with us so I decided to take the comp. With some back and forth in the morning I received my breakfast comp but I have yet to be refunded for the room despite repeated attempts to reach out to the hotel. This is such terrible customer service, if you offer to comp a client you need to follow through, otherwise don't just make an empty offer. I find it more insulting to be offered the comp and not receive it than to not be offered the comp at all!

We needed a pet-friendly place for a couple of days. Nice place, clean. Extremely nice staff. The Bistro had good food and Cory at the bar was friendly and fun.
