Wonderful stay at the Luna Hotel! Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and extremely clean. Couldn’t have been more pleased!

This hotel is lovely with fantastic staff that are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great and value for money exceptional. I've stayed in London numerous times and the staff here were some of the best. If you have disabilities it may be worth asking to be on a lower floor as there isn't a lift currently. It is in a really convenient location with Battersea Power Station close by, a really great stay.

Early check-in was great. Breakfast was made to order with great options. Mark at front desknwas super helpful with our many questions about best way to get around town. The twins were great! Loved them!
And a ceiling fan in the bedroom! Yay!

The room was tiny with one bed. All indications were this was a two bed room. Next door BBQ directly in my window. Bathroom floor dirty. Towels were threadbare and old.

Pleasantly surprised. Easy walk from the Victoria Station. Quiet area away from the crowded tourist areas. Two outstanding Italian restaurants 1/2 block away. Family run with nice breakfast and courteous staff. Will definitely go back.

The shower head was spraying every direction. The bathroom sink was tiny. There isn’t space to place your own toiletries.

Our overnight stay was in prime location for Tate Britain, the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendley and the room very good and the breakfast very tasty and kept us going all day. We will definitely stay again for exhibitions at Tate Britain.

The location was quiet and convenient to public transportation. The staff was amazing and our room was always clean and prepared. Our room was located on the top floor so it was not a climb we wanted to take more than once a day, but very quaint and clean.

I loved staying at Luna Simone. The hotel made me feel posh as the whole street was Victorian Townhomes. The staff were very nice and were all family. The room had enough room for me to get settled and the breakfast was fresh and nice. Good strong coffee.

The hotel was a short walk from Pimlico underground. The guys on reception couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were really nice with plenty of tea and coffee. Ensuite was perfect and bed was comfy. Nice choice for breakfast and freshly made. Only downside ... we were on the top floor and there
isn't a lift ... about 12 flights of stairs and it nearly killed me!!!

Had a lovely stay at Luna Simone. The staff is very warm and helpful. The room was a bit small but comfortable. We were too busy exploring London to spend much time there. The area is in walking distance to all the main tourist points and restaurants and pubs. It was very quiet at night.

It was 2 nights stay and quite comfortable. But since it s an old victorian building, rooms are so small. Other than that, warm water in he shower comes very late, it was a bit unconveniant.

The room was very small, but clean. Beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were well stickies with tea, coffee, shower gel etc. The shower was decent.
Breakfast was included, which was nice. Choice was a touch limited, but what we had was nice.

centrally located, 15 min walk form Buckingham palace. Very nice, kept by very funny, helpful and dedicated twin brothers. Nice breakfast all went well no hickups ... be careful there are 5 floors with no elevator !
