Great place to visit right next the Monte Casino which offers a variety of restaurants and activities for both adults and kuds alike.

The Oskazzo is my favorite hotel in Johannesburg! I live the entire hotel area n all aspects!! Special thanks to Gloria at the restaurant! Also Hayley at the front desk is so hot and so helpful! Ms. Lily hate at the front desk is a cool black Roman and so Rastafari and Bob Marley friendly!! Ya Mon! Thank you for my best stay ever in South Africa!!

What a friendly staff, what a great garden, delicious food, daily cleaning and providing full amenities, the massage-spa is highly recommended, the area is nice and safe, really close to Montecasino and the bird park, I loved my stay and definitely would stay again, thank you everyone.

Enjoyed our stay, however it would nice if the windows were able to keep sound out better, I could hear far too much noice. Breakfast sadly is repetitive but should one be staying a night or 2 it should be fine. Staff is wonderful and it’s clean and beds are very comfortable.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel (we are from the UK). I absolutely adore the Palazzo, the hotel is first class. All staff, from reception, concierge, housekeeping are superb, professional and polite. The hotel feels like stepping into luxury, you are looked after from the minute you arrive until you leave. It is a short, safe walk to Montecasino, where we ate (we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant during this stay). Next time, we will be staying longer. Absolutely love, love, love this hotel.

The Palazzo was such a lovely hotel, the staff continuously went above & beyond our expectations. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of options as was lunch & dinner in the main restaurant. The pool area was well maintained & the staff were very attentive. The rooms were big with good amenities & the location was fab for montecasino & the bird gardens.

Good location next to the mall and bird park. Lots of entertainment and good food options in the mall. The pool is nice but always a bit cold. Breakfast was fairly average and the food quality was below the rest of the hotel. The service at breakfast wasn’t good.

Everything was top notch. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location within the overall Montecasino property area provides pretty gardens, the Bird Gardens, Casino, restaurants and shops. The property was beautiful and felt safe. Perfect location for a short stay in Johannesburg area.

Really nice hotel, have stayed there before. One of the major issues going on across the country is 'load shedding' or power outages. The country is in stage 6 of 8, so the power goes out 3 times per day for 4 hours each time.
Hotel has an emergency generator, but it does reset all of the Aircon in the room and also the WiFi is a little slow to reboot when the system switches from grid to emergency generators or vice versa.
Food is excellent as was service.
