Staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. Filters on air conditioners are disgusting and we had to clean them all. They hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. That’s a serious health issue. Bunch escorts and pimps running the hallways trying to solicit sex from innocent people. Scary. The smoking rooms are disgusting. Just because people smoke in the smoking rooms doesn’t mean they don’t need cleaned.

Always good place to stay. Clean, quiet and affordable

Nasty place, no communication, random arguments all day and night and owner is aggressive older male LOOKING for trouble. Allows people to peep and crawl in and out of exterior windows

Terrible… nasty place that didn’t communicate anything, moved and went through my things while I was at an interview. And staff allows a couple and their friends to reside on the parking lot walkway behind the main building.. up under the windows of the far side………

Staff was polite and friendly. Pool was closed, nice size room w/ 2 queen beds, plenty of restaurants surrounding the property, walmart 10 min walk, Kingsoopers grocery store 20 mins walk, Central Park RTD Lite rail and bustops within walking distance. Perfect if you want to save on Ubers/Lyfts.

Everything fine...

Lot of 5 star reviews. But I do not see it. Look like maybe hotel used to house homeless. Lot of garbage outside. TV reception is bad. Room smells like smoke but has no smoking sign in door. Free breakfast is waffle bread or cereal. I would say a $80 hotel. Not $150.00.

Great location. Near many excellent restaurants Pool area was clean and well maintained. Older hotel but great value

Great

The rooms were dirty along with the linens. This was the biggest issue I had. The staff was very nice. The other entrances were not locked at night or people had rigged them to stay open so they could come and go as they please.

The building is old, the mattress had a hole in the middle, the shower was super tiny and we sow baby cockroaches.

Check in and room were great. Lots of slamming doors and noise throughout the night but other than that good affordable stay

This is what my favorite hotels in denver can't beat the price. So close to downtown but none of the cost

Smallest toilet ive ever seen, pubic hair in the tub, worst hotel stay ever.

Property had no power and was unable to check me in.

If you can sleep on the front line of a battlefield with unpleasant smells, you will survive to stay here. I was fooled by name, Super 8, as I used to stay in many Super 8 hotels in the US and Canada.

Boy, they had a couple of rough tenants and handled it like a group of professionals. I was impressed with their adherence to policies concerning purchases at the front desk and glad that they kept me honest with local Rules. I was very grateful that they helped bring my stuff into the room and back to my car. And they even got me a fresh blanket!

The cost was reasonable but not the best area. I could not add a pet fee. I had to charge that separate.

Nice clean, comfortable room for a eco friendly price.

rundown place that is severely in need of updating. Air conditioner worked - sort of - it was still super hot in the room.
4.0 / 10.0
My room had open Sheetrock on the ceiling and a board coving where the refrigerator was supposed to be. There are no USB plugs and my coffee supplies were not refilled during my 2 night stay.
Don’t stay at this place.

I would never stay here with a family. The place was gross. The seediest super 8 I’ve stayed at for sure.
4.0 / 10.0
The room was clean and comfortable, but the building is dated and it shows. Hallway lights have a green cast, the air conditioning in the common areas and halls is lacking, and the hot water was intermittent.

The beds were really hard. The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub had no plug. The complimentary breakfast was not that great. The waffle mix and juice ran out early, and there was not much else. The staff was very helpful and kind, but the hotel itself was run down.

Cheapest option around, if just staying overnight it’ll do.
Could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, found make up smeared on hair dryer.
Basic cable available. AC was decent.
Next to Chick-fil-A and 7eleven, there were a few people hanging around the 7eleven but none on property.

Lots of shopping and dining options all with in walking distance.

Had to move rooms but staff was mostly accommodating. At least two of the girls I tried to get to come kick it ended up going to other rooms in the hotel. Typical for a targeted individual like myself. Lots of room switching and group adult activities around me to show just how left out of their demented games I am. Tried to just keep to myself though. Got a bit noisy in the rooms above and beside me though the last two days. Sounded like they were constantly moving furniture amongst other things...

Unless you are packing your own 9MM, I would not recommend this place, especially if you have a family that you love with you. Perhaps I'm sheltered, but with all of the homeless wandering around there and people tweeking out from whatever they are on, I just didn't feel safe. Luckily my family was NOT with me, so I stayed anyway. Might have been worth the extra $200 to stay at the Renaissance. Heck, I'd just pick an entirely different area to stay.

The police in the area were constantly on site. But still a lot of drug activity and prostitution on the property

When we got there there was a man screaming in the parking lot and then peeing on the sidewalk. Beds are from the 80s or 90s and hard as a rock. 2nd night there was a fight in hall, screaming and slamming doors. Won't stay here again!

The facility was extremely dirty. The first room we were given had dried feces in the toilet the toilet lid had dried semen. We had to go to the counter to get a new room. In the new room there was blood on the towel i had to go get clean towels. The bedding had dried crusty semen on it and the room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. We left a day early and decided to camp out in our truck thta was cleaner and safer. There were also sketchy people coming in and out of the hotel that were not staying there. Very unprofessional.

This is a well run and maintained hotel. They did put me far from the front and I have a disability so walking with my walker to the room was kind of a pain but they have been very accommodating since then. Not a bad choice for a budget hotel in the area.

I realize that the area comes With certain challenges that exist in any urban area, but there was just a lot of traffic in and out, and a very distinct smell of drugs as you would walk through the hallways. Staff wasn’t incredibly Friendly and this loveseat that they had in my suite probably would’ve been rejected by Goodwill 😝

Was a little sketchy, some people apparently live yhere and were kinda creepy hanging out in hallways.
