TV was out for most of my stay. I like to wind down before bed and watch tv but didn’t have that option.

Great night, great concert, amazing company

Loved the pool area and heated pool in early May. Quick stop but enough to chill a little in the afternoon by the pool. Disappointed no service at poolside when the bar was closed.

I travel to Oklahoma a lot and stay at multiple casinos. The Hard Rock doesn't offer valet service. I was told park wherever. The room was big but dark. It made it feel dingy. When I went into the casinos none of the restaurants were open. I asked multiple staff and no one could tell me the reason. It was very inconvenient

Great time with family. Hotel was clean and they staff was wonderful. Everything from food to entertainment all in one place. The casino offers both smoking and nonsmoking areas, which was a plus.

The room and staff were amazing. The layout had me a bit lost at times. The concert venue had a horrible smell inside. Machines were not paying.

It was amazing! The checkin process was seamless and stay was easy. Loved the location.

Check in took 20 mins. The furniture in the suite was so old. The couch and chair may have been comfy 10 years ago. The casino cashiers were so rude. The restaurants are closed Monday and Tuesday. I would've liked to know that in advance.

The stay was awesome. My fiancé and I came down to see Sublime with Rome and our experience was way above our expectations. We will definitely be back!

Hands down one of the best places I've ever stayed in. Great customer service. Amazing room. Amenities like no other. Comfort. Whole place looked smelled nice and clean.

Checked in friday night, front desk were all friendly and professional. Gave us clear directions to our room in the Cherokee tower. Which, by the way is very near the Check in desk. Parking was limited because there was a concert that night. But it cleared out on Saturday. The casino was clean and help was always nearby.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable.

WAY overpriced for the quality of the room. The only dinner options M-W are the food court or the steak restaurant. Make sure to make a reservation or you will have to sit at the bar. The air freshener they pump in to cover the smoke smell is super strong, I had a headache the whole trip. The staff was very friendly and the casino was fun. The music memorabilia throughout the casino was cool to look at. Sadly, I won’t be going back. One time was enough for me.

I spent thousands of dollars playing in poker tournaments and the casino applied none of those entry fees towards my players club points. The room had very dry air which aggravated my sinuses on my first night. I’m unsure if no one had stayed in the room for a while, but it was very stuffy. I ran the shower for a long time in order to add humidity to the air. All of the on site restaurant options were very expensive in comparison to other restaurants in the Tulsa area and their hours weren’t consistent. All the restaurants were open until 2am on Saturday night, but were closed by 11:00pm on Sunday night. I stopped by the front desk to verify all food options were closed and the staff on duty seemed like I was dumb for assuming there’d be a place to eat in an establishment that is open 24 hours a day. I asked if maybe they had any of the welcome snacks available as I was really just looking for a little snack before bed and I was told they had ran out the day before. I had a fun time playing the poker tournaments but I feel like I might’ve enjoyed staying at a different hotel. Next time, I highly doubt I’ll stay there and not opt for a different hotel.

The property was okay. Clean, but the rooms are over priced for what you are getting. The bathrooms were outdated and the rooms were just normal rooms. If going back, we will stay at a cheaper yet nicer hotel off the property.

We had a blast. Room was clean. We were two woman on a girls trip and never felt unsafe. It’s right by the freeway so easy access on and off with plenty of food and shopping

MY ROOM HAD A VERY LOUD NOISE THAT SOUNDED LIKE A LOUD HOT WATER TANK THAT WAS GOING OUT AND WOULD NOT SHUT OFF! I COULDNT SLEEP AT ALL

Nice room, nothing to complain about, just a little plain. I was expecting something nicer for the price. We were there for a concert. My favorite venue in the state. Ate at the Diner and the food was great.
