The hotel's facilities are good and well located. but I had an inconvenience when checking in, I showed the lady my reservation was already paid she asked me for my card I gave it to her and I asked her if it was for the deposit of incidents that the hotels ask for she only looked at me and said oh let me check She again made the full charge of the cost of the room. So all my vacation has 600 dollars less when I talk to her, she told me that I had to talk to my bank for them to solve me.

My father and I had the 2 bedroom suite full kitchen.. it was the best stay we've had.. the service & staff was exceptional.. all our needs were met and suggestions were made..morning breakfast was on point. They have the BEST oatmeal with all the toppings you might want.. just like grandma😋I highly recommend

Good location and overall clean, only 2 issues, water pressure on shower very poor and advised front desk never got fixed, as you walk in room had a sewer smell to it.

Very clean, comfortable and a simple decent breakfast but staff was extremely rude and would not stay there again just because of their behavior and attitude.

We had a comfortable stay. The location is conveniently located to a lot of places for shopping and dining. We were happy there was a late-night Denny's nearby.

We arrived a little after 3 (check-in was at 3:00 pm). We waited a little over an hour to get our room.

The room I booked said it was a suite and this was not the type of suite I previously stayed in. There were police cars when I arrived as well as the next day so there was some type of disturbance. Last night there was continuous knocking on the room next door and then they proceeded to go outside and bag on the window for awhile until I assume someone let them in. The hotel needs to be updated. Next trip hopefully I’ll go back across the street to the newer hotels that I stay at regularly.

Our room had no air conditioning, stained mattresses, and a broken TV. We reported this to the front desk and we couldn’t be given a different room. As a result we had to leave and find another place last minute.
We’ve tried contacting the manager and they will no respond.

This was thee noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The walls and ceilings were so thin I heard everything. Kids were running and jumping over my head. My neighbors were loud and slamming doors constantly and the housekeepers were slamming dishes as they cleaned them. I was awakened everyday at 6a by loud noise all while trying to recover from surgery. Won’t ever stay here again!!! Thee WORST!

the heater in the room did not work the room was 50 degrees and the outside temperature was 5.
the front desk argued with me about a refund of my money it took 45 minutes to get it resolved and I had to drive in a snow storm to get another room. awful experience will NEVER stay there again

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in due to loud noise all day and night from other customers as well as housekeepers. If it was loud running and bumping over my head it was the neighbors laughing, talking loud and slamming doors staring at 6a or the housekeepers cleaning and slamming dishes. I barely got any sleep due to constant loud noise and front desk did nothing about it.

My friends and I stayed for a girls weekend and had a great stay! Room was clean and spacious enough for 4 women. Bathroom was also very big. We’ll definitely book again.

Everything was very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent. I don’t care for the eggs or sausage but that’s typical of hot complementary breakfast. This is a safe place to stay.

This was our 25th Anniversary and we got upgraded to a Suite just kidding around for an upgrade lol. From our check in to our check out, everything was amazing and very comfortable. We will stay her again!

The breakfast was nice except no sliced bread. When I requested it, they said they would bring it out, but yet none. Not everyone likes bagels

Very nice hotel that we will stay at again! The staff is very friendly & helpful! The hotel has free pack n' plays available for infants, which helped greatly with our 8-month-old daughter. The rooms are large and have everything you need supplied, including kitchen supplies for cooking. The breakfast was nice and filling.
