I left after the first night and moved to a nother hotel.
The aircondition cant be adjusted properly and it is noisy, make sure you bring earplugs along. It probably hasnt been maintained for years.
The curtains have several holes in it. The bathroom was moldy and and not clean. Some "left overs" of the previous guest were still in the bathroom.
Overall the room was just not in a good condition, not clean and not what i expect at this price level.
The location of the hotel is great!
I would not recommend to stay at this hotel!

Room smelt of smoke on check in and was partially fixed on day 3 but continue to smell of smoke. On day four cockroaches welcomed us back to our room in the evening. Housekeeping standard were poor. We felt it was not value for money either.

This is a serviced apartment building, not a hotel. Good for long trips if you want to do your own laundry, but not good for short business trips since they don't have room service and the external laundry service takes 3 days.

The property is located near the financial center and once we figured our way around we found the metro station nearby. The staff did not understand us and there were no maps of the area. The backing of our curtains were ripped and need to be replaced. Housekeeping was very good and the suite was comfortable.

Difficult to locate as located within meandering side streets and as surrounded by tall buildings everywhere, pinpointing on google map difficult.
Location seemed a little on the derelict side. Didn’t feel safe walking back late at night.
Charged HKD500 as deposit which wasn’t made aware prior to booking on Expedia. Queries staff at check-in, but was just told this is how they do it and if I wanted clarification, I needed to take it up with booking agent.The money has already been charged on my card. Am awaiting to see if it will be refunded.
Complimentary beverages turned out to be two bottles of cheap soft drinks which other hotels would’ve given for free anyway.
No room upgrade - was told already booked the best. Could’ve at least given a room on taller floor.
Room smelled stuffy and unused for a long time. Not sure if it was cleaned prior to checking in.

Great location with lots of restaurants around. Near the SOHO and Lan Kwai Fong and Donki where you can do late night shopping and eating. Room is clean. TV with lots of channel and you can view Netflix and Youtube on the big screen. Bed is too soft.

Unfortunately no pool as indicated due to renovation works but great view from large rooms! Very nice service. Location very convenient for restaurants, shopping and activities on Hong Kong island.

The location was perfect. Close to the subway system and great restaurants and bakerys. We visited a near by bakery almost daily for their pork buns and sandwiches. The location was also close to a couple local gay bars that had really good happy hour.

This is an amazing hotel located in the heart of Hong Kong Island. I would definitely recommend this hotel with it convenience to many local attractions as well as the MTR train. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel and it is just a short 2 blocks from the train station. I think many are intimidated by the location in not knowing but this is well suited for business or pleasure. As I participated in the morning breakfasts ... I found this to be a nice luxury being from the US and saved on the time of finding something to eat each morning. I will recommend a place a block away called the Brew Brothers for some amazing coffee though! I used the gym each morning as well. It is smaller with limited equipment but I can't complain as I was the only one in there. There are several restaurant located very close to the hotel to eat at, but we did find comfort in the Canteen located right across the street from the hotel for a beer and some fries or wings late at night.

The reception staff were second to none at Citadenes Mercer, from checking in and allowing us to have our room hours before the check in time ( we had been up for 24 hours so we were more than happy!! ) to giving us great tips on places to visit and carrying our heavy bags out to the taxi on our departure. The hotel room itself was scrupulously cleaned and replenished daily and the room was so quiet unlike many others I’ve stayed in as there’s only 2 rooms per floor. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough for the money. Not 5 star but for a small hotel in a fantastic ‘ real Hong Kong ‘ location, this place is way more than value for money!

nice 1 nite stay. the room is bit dated but in general it is acceptable and clean. the sofa in the dining room is odd and does not fit the room in terms of style. Breakfast buffet choices are limited but the quality is fair.

Despite the rampant protests in Hong Kong the hotel refused to allow me to cancel my reservation. It is unreasonable to expect people to travel to HK when the airport is regularly being shut down.

Hotel is in a great area. It looks a little run down from the outside but that is just HK in general - it's Asia. Reception is small as the hotel is vey narrow but very high, only 2 rooms per floor.
We booked a Studio but they upgraded us to a one bedroom which was great.
The room is well fitted out with everything you need. They even have a handy phone you can use and take with you around the streets with all sorts of info like locations and maps.
Breakfast was basic but satisfying. The service was really good and helpful. We had a late flight and hey gave us a little extra time to check out and looked after our luggage until we were ready to leave.
It is only a short walk to areas like Lan Kwai Fong or Soho. We even walked from the hotel to the Airport Express

This was my second stay in Hongkong and I choosed the same Hotel as last time.
Room offers good space and friendly staff. Breakfast is ok for some days.
Very central location with railstation in close proximity.

Breakfast is included but really is pretty bad . We had so-called free mini bar - but the selection is so pathetic . Also we were in a serviced apartment - insufficient plates ,glasses etc and absolutely NO cutlery - not even a teaspoon to stir my coffee. Oh and please provide ice cubes - this is pretty standard ? - I had to buy a huge bag from Seven 11 just for a few icecubes !!

Mark was outstanding as a Host. Well done! He was so helpful and caring - made sure we were confident and comfortable with every question answered. You can visit many wonderful hotels, but this is set high above others because of this personal touch

The staff was AMAZING! Both Mark and Top were so helpful with suggestions for activities, restaurants, directions, even walking us down the street to find our way. They made our trip! They are great representatives for their company, and for the city itself. The hotel property is fine. Adequate breakfast. Nice clean room. Nothing fancy, but great location and good value for the price.

Staff were friendly and very professional. This hotel is very clean and the room size is reasonable comparing to other HK hotels. Local is excellent and walking distance to HK Central district.

While this is not hotel chain, I think it works in its favor. The staff that are working there do everything in their power to assist you in day to day activities. So while we had to switch rooms due to some uncleanliness in the room. This apartment is very close to a subway entrance and a place where taxis line up to pick up passengers. If all Citadines locations are like this I would stay at another Citadines for sure. This particular location is very close to a lot in Central and Sheung Wan but just enough away that it's pretty quiet. It's not the easiest to access if you have a kid with a stroller.

Nice hotel close to MTR station and tram stop. Many famous local restaurants nearby. Friendly staffs. Bathroom cleanliness needs further improvement but overall equipment is excellent.
