The Inn is in a very accessible area. Room is simple but comfortable. Just right for the budget needed. But the main door's should have extra locks. Staff very nice and attentive.

Great affordable stay for a bed and breakfast due to our last minute cancellation. Over all, convenient location near the beach and places to eat near by. Would love better breakfast options in the morning and an upgrade to the over all look of the facility but all in all great stay for 4 days 3 nights and the staff were caring, respectful and customer service driven no complaints :)

Room was clean and hotel was service was ok. Very basic breakfast of waffles and pancakes out of the pack with some breads and cold coffee, for the price of the room should have been much better. On the plus side the hotel is 4 mins drive to the airport and less than 15 mins from main attractions.

First time staying here. I loved everthing about this place. The employee's are very attentive and friendly. But nothing compares to the employee named Lady she went off and beyond. She gave us a five star service. She walys always asking if we were doing ok and if we needed anything. We made it to breakfast a little late and she said it was not a problem and she took care of us with a smile onbher face. Words canot explain how her good treat made us feel. Overall everythin was perfect. We're definitely looking forward to stay again.

I didn’t care for this property the bathroom had mold in it the drain was stopped up in the shower.the carpet in the room was dirty and stained I actually stayed at motels that was better.

Super convenient location and friendly staff. Pool was a great amenity! The bathroom door scraped the bottom of the floor a bit and was loud, especially in the middle of the night. I would stay again!

Well located within minutes of the beach and restaurants. Room was fine and had a fridge and microwave. They are replacing the windows to reduce the noise from the busy highway on which it's situated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Villa Verde Inn is centrally located within reach of most activities. We would recommend providing hand towels for guests and making sure the orange juice remains chilled. Limited parking available in the desigated location (Front) that required parking on the street in front of Villa Verde Inn.

Add to that, a friendly counter attendant, with sensitivity to our needs, who anticipated things we would likely need or want to know. Very comfortable bed and fresh, soft bedding. All this made for a very comfortable night and restful sleep.

Hey, the shower in the bathroom had mildew all over it. The noise was crazy. The curtains were broken. The door knob to exit was loose . The fridge didn’t work well the drinks I put in the fridge were still hot 6 hours later The room was pricy for the condition of the rooms

They offer EMERGENCY GENERATOR service and DON'T HAVE IT. In PR it is necessary since the energy fails almost daily in summer due to high demand and lack of generation.

Stayed here 2 nights and it was good for the price. Room has everything you would expect for a affordable hotel although it felt more like a motel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable again. for a short stay it was perfect. The only negative was no continental breakfast included, but you can ask for breakfast and they make it for you but very limited menu.
