The breakfast was good & it was a hot breakfast daily. They had drinking bottled water to refill our water bottle in the dining room & the tons we're very clean. They didn't have face towels & only 1 hand towel per room. When I asked for a 2nd towel, I was told only 1 per room!?! 😳 "What?" Front desk said they'd ask & get me one. Didn't get one.... bottom line, had to ask 3x & get it from the front desk. The next day after housekeeping, it was gone! I didn't try to get another one! Too much hassle!

We arrived early, they accommodated us with storing our luggage until check in . The front desk clerk Viridiana was very helpful. I would definitely use this hotel on my next trip to Oaxaca.

Clean and very well located, just a few minutes from the center. Conveniently located near the center but in a silent and confortable zone, no noises, no crowds, nice rest and a very convenient fee. Absolutely recommendable.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but lack variety. Able to accommodate our request for a quiet room. At the edge of the tourist area, so great balance between convenience and solitude.

On our previous visit to Mexico we stayed 3 nights at City Express in Playa de Carmen and had such a good experience we didn’t hesitate to locate a City Express here in Oaxaca while visiting

The staff was awful, traveled with my 7month old and they did not once care to offer assistance, but rather looked at us as if we were not at the right hotel. Needless to say these are the reasons why I never want to visit Mexico.

It's a great place of ypure going for buainess or have booned a tpur and you only intend to strictly use to go to bed.

The hotel was great. The employees went out of their way to help us. The location was also good. We could easily walk to the center of Oaxaca. The breakfast was plentiful. Eggs, Mexican specialties, fruit and yogurt were available every day as well as other things.
