This property was in a great location close to the centre of town. The facilities were exceptionally clean and tidy and service was great.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. We stayed in a studio unit with a small kitchen facility that had all the basics. Great spa pool that we enjoyed after a big day on the mountain. Friendly and informative host. Thanks so much. We enjoyed our time in Ohakune.

Nice and tidy. Clean room with good bathroom and kitchenette. Room was cleaned daily with good supplies. Comfortable for 3 people. But the our younger child had to sleep in sofa bed which was very uncomfortable.

Perfect for our weekend skiing trip. Drying room and spa are bonus

My husband, son & I stayed here for one night. It was great value for money and close to town centre. We enjoyed the spa pool, studio rooms were comfortable and well presented. Staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

This is our second stay here and again we thought it was great! Great hosts, central location, and spacious, clean, modern rooms. We also had a view of the mountain from ours which was a bonus.

Easy central, yet quiet location. Our room easily accommodated our family of 5 with comfort. Great having a well stocked kitchenette too . The hosts where very accommodating and we were very impressed to return from a days skiing to see our beds were made and and fresh towels provided. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay there. Room is big, clean and the bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is big enough to prepare our dinner and breakfast.

Amazing place to stay on a quiet street except the very loud sounding alarm in the middle of the night. Town centre within walking distance great and helpful staff on site. Would definitely go back 😊

A great little lodge, extremely close to shops and eateries in Ohakune and more importantly the Ruapehue snow centre office for passes and transport up the mountain. Friendly stafff, nice warm modern room and plenty of parking.

Arrived in the evening at the hotel and good receptions from the staffs' hotel. The staff gave me very good advised and guidance about the attraction places within the area. We stayed in one room at the first floor which included 1x double bed, 1x single bed and sofa bed with 4 adults.

Quite location but within walking distance to shops, supermarket, restaurants and ski shuttle. Room is large and clean. Service is basic and no toiletries provided. Stayed two nights and we felt good about our stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Only 1switch for the entire room, and 1switch for the bathroom (activating ventilation, light, and heat lamps); so it was not possible to leave a night light on for the kids. eg. Cooking was on a hot plate; so it is only ok for the simplest of cooking.

We stayed here for 5 nights for our snowboarding trip. When we got there the man in charge was really friendly and great to deal with, but unfortunately the next day a younger French lady was in charge instead - she was extremely rude and made us feel very unwelcome, she kept questioning us when we wanted to use the facilities (dyer and washing machine for our snow gear so we could use it dry the next day!) even though when we booked it said these were available for use. She made us feel like we were doing something wrong just staying there! Also there was meant to be free wifi - but this did not work in our room at all which is very inconvenient when your are staying away from home and needing to look up activities/mountain and everything else - my phone bill after this trip is now huge on top of the $730 we paid to stay in this accommodation. The room itself was nice and the bed was comfy and the outdoor spa pool was also really nice addition. The towels were changed for us each day But its sad that the staff really put us off wanting to stay here again and the 'no wifi' wasn't great either.

It was good, we enjoyed. Would stay again.

The reception upon my arrival was lovely. The room was spacious and pristine. The heated mattress pad and good water pressure in the shower made the stay lovely and relaxing
