Front desk folks were friendly and nice. The general condition of the property outside looked like an older hotel they’re trying to update and revive. Inside was clean but looked like they’re still trying to get it together.

Location was great service was a quick check in and out. However the bed was very uncomfortable they need to upgrade

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was okay. I didn’t feel safe when I was coming and going because of the homeless man who seems to live in the parking lot. He certainly lived there for my entire stay.

Great place to stay in downtown Tulsa!

Hotel was very nice and convenient for racing at Hardesty National BMX stadium. Staff was very courteous and punctual when calling up for more towels. Breakfast was good in the morning with hot food. Only downside would probably be the construction in the area but obviously that's only a temporary to make the area better. Would definitely stay there again next time we are racing at Hardesty National BMX Stadium.

The hotel itself is nice. The room is very nice. Very comfortable bed, but as I was parking on the first night while traveling alone, I had people in random cars yelling at me while homeless people were sleeping in the parking lot. I definitely did not feel safe being out there at night. I thought that, it was nice. Everything was walkable, but I definitely wouldn’t be walking around in that area.

Just a quick stop to rest our head for the night. Very impressed with the friendly check-in, cleanliness and overall appearance. Breakfast was solid too.

My husband and I have stayed at this location several times. It is always clean and tidy. The staff are super nice and take good care of us. I like how it is walking distance from several great restaurants.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming. The location was not idea due to all the construction. Noice wasn't an issue, but there were people roaming the streets so we were glad to have covered parking with security cameras. Don't let your kids wander alone.

The staff was polite and helpful! The room was clean. I was relaxing in my room until I saw a roach crawling on the tv stand. I purchased the room for 1 night, but when I saw the roach. I no longer felt comfortable! I did step on the roach. I didn't find any more in my room. It was unexpected because I've stayed in this hotel before never had an issue.

The neighborhood location wasn't great, but very easy access to downtown and rideshare was easily accessible, so no complaints really. Room was quiet and extremely comfortable, very happy with that and the staff was very friendly. I will absolutely stay here again.

Great location for BOK events. Short like 8 min walk. Restaurant across street. Staff were helpful and courteous. Check in was quick. Would stay here again.

Shauntre amd kimberly were so kind and very helpful on our stay. Probably some of the nicest hotel staff ive ever met. We stay at this location every time we come to tulsa, great covered parking, quiet rooms, very clean rooms. Just over all a great experience. And i dont know who gets to read these but shauntre enjoy the card holder.

It was extremely loud. You can hear everything from the rooms around you. The rooms had stone floors so the noise carried. Do not recommend this place!

Great Access to Cox Convention Center, easy walk down to the Riverfront. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was well stocked and good variety. They do have parking for only $10 a day, but it's very tight and fills up fast. Not recommended for big trucks. There is a parking garage next door for $40 a day. First night was quiet, second night there was a screaming child next door, but there was a dance competition happening so lots of families. More affordable than the Double Tree Next door, would recommend!

Only issue we had was the limited parking in the botsp ready to maneuver parking lot that cost $10. Thankfully, they allowed me to just leave my car parked up front in the check in spot.

The location was perfect for our dance competition. The front desk attendant Nicole was so friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay, room was wonderful…but some lady threw up in the hallway in the middle of the night after slamming into our door. It was there in the threshold of our door for 2 days after repeatedly asking them to clean it up.
