Excellent communications from the manager. Clean and comfortable although the bed is a smallish double.

Immaculate condition and pristine cleanliness. Great location. Only negatives were: just 2 towels, no hand towels or face cloths. No dish towels or drying towels. No dish detergent and only 3/4 roll of toilet paper. We were booked for 2 nights

Great apartment, great location - but bring hearing protection! At no point either at the time of booking many months ago, or in the ‘welcome’ messages last week, were we advised about the huge construction site, literally 20ft from the property. The construction site has been up and running for over a year so there are no excuses for not notifying potential guests. Work started on the construction site before 7am every morning, including Saturday and Sunday, and it was deafening. This should have been flagged at the time of booking or at least last week, with the check in details were sent. We also paid an extra fee for an early check in however on arrival the apartment had not been cleaned or the beds made up for new guests. Whilst the early check in fee was refunded, having to leave and return two hours later was inconvenient. Very disappointing given the price paid.

These units are beautiful, clean and centrally located near covent garden. Its a quiet building great for families. Highly recomended and will be staying there again on our next trip.

Place was nice and location great but with the aircon not working during a heatwave left it very uncomfortable. It was frustrating as I called them early once i realized and nothing was done that day.

Apartment was excellent. There is a lot of building work going on across the street. Noise starts early in morning till about 6. Wakened us in the morning but otherwise not an issue as we were out all day

The apartment is comfortable but they gave me the wrong code on arrival and I could not contact anyone for ages to figure out what had gone wrong, I had to wait across the road till I got through after about 15 phone calls. The construction is super super loud even through ear plugs it wakes you up early. The printing on the welcome card made it impossible to get the internet code when I tried to call again on a different number no one answered, found the code on a seperate piece of paper in the apartment finally. Then the power went out in the apartment on the 2nd night, I messaged the night manager and they said there was nothing to do until the next day. Terrible and annoying stay.

Fabulous apartment in fabulous location. But. Top floor sleeps 6, it was definitely hired for a birthday party, sounded like lots of people. Horrendous loud music until all hours meant we got hardly any sleep. No personnel on site so doesn’t seem to be

Communication for entry was not great, I phoned and was passed to various people. The email was sent the day before but I still had to phone as we had two studios booked but only one code.....the safe deposit box had an envelope with both keys in it but knowing that would have been helpful. Also saying where the safe box is would help, it is semi hidden under the stair well.

Great amount of space, to chill out, watch tv and have dinner.

Check in was straight forward and contact free, a very easy process. The property was exactly as described and more! would definitely stay again. We also got a chance to speak to the property manager who was very welcoming. Location is also very central to many restaurants/ bars which was convenient. Over all 10/10 Thank you

The price of being in the middle of it all. Plenty around the area and overall possitve. Some of the blinds on the windows looked a little tired and not all fully functioned. It would also benefit from blackout roller blinds to help with noise and light coming in. Would still highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Wonderful apartment, great location and amenities had everything I needed. Only down side, didn't sleep at all because of the noise in the apartment above. Would book again but only if top floor apartment was free.
