All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and the ladies at the front desk (especially Jasmine) went above and beyond to get crutches delivered to me and to make sure I was cared for at all times… so sweet! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best service I've experienced in my 42 years of travelling. The hotel is clean and cosy. The morning buffet was delicious. Easy to borrow bikes. I can warmly recommend the hotel and will hope to get the chance to return.

This was the best hotel from our Vietnam trip. Wonderful staff, lovely hotel and good location. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast (particularly the vietnamese iced coffee) and also the spa. Spa massages and facials are excellent and very good prices. We used the free shuttle to go to the beach and into town. Silvia, Flora ans Ken were very helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile. Highly recommended.

It may not be as lavish as 5 star international hotel chain, but the staff were really attentive and always genuine in their service. Top notch hospitatily! Rooms were spotless and clean after every housekeeping. Any maintanence defects (blown light bulbs) were immediately addressed. Overall a pleasant 3 nights stay!

The exterior is antique, but the cleanliness of the room and the kindness of the staff are not pretentious, and the breakfast is also satisfying

We were so well taken care of! Everything was sparking clean and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The desk staff bent over backwards to help us figure out the city and what we wanted to do. The pool was adorable and a lovely oasis from the crazy markets.

Nice hotell in a short walking (or taxi) distance from the old city. Good service at the reseptipn, helping with trip, transport and shipping (to much shopping).

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. This amazing hotel was the highlight of our Vietnam Stay for many reasons. My husband and I got upgraded to a nice suite that was spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable (not to mention it was quiet and located away from all the noise)! The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and hospital. When we checked in, I was feeling a bit under the weather and the kind receptionist sent ginger tea up to my room to make me feel better which I will never forget. They even helped arrange our trip to Ba Na hills very last minute when we decided to go see the Golden Bridge. The breakfast spread was awesome every morning which is a huge plus when traveling. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An! It is a must stay. My husband and I will definitely choose this location again if we come back to visit!

Such a serene resort in Hoian area. Good place to spend few nights to experience the calm and peaceful vibe of the city. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel and super friendly, english speaking staff. They have free bikes that you can use to bike into the center of Hoi An or to the beach. There are also several nice spas w/in a few blocks of the hotel. Very efficient check in. They let us check in early and strived to accommodate. They also can easy arrange you a pickup from the Da Nang Airport ($15 from airport to hotel) and a transfer from Hoi An to Hue. Highly recommend and good value for the money.

Very good value for money. Very helpful staff. The staff on the front desk were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, they also spoke very good English. Very quiet location with free bicycle hire to get to the town and beach which doesn’t take long. The town is also walkable (25 mins). Lovely breakfast too.

My wife and I booked for 28 days here in March, but were forced to leave early due to flight changes (COVID 19). We did stay for 17 days, and wish we were still there! The staff are amazing at Sincerity and Anio. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety. They have a shuttle to town and the beach, and there are several very good restaurants, grocery, etc. within walking distance. We were also offered complimentary massages/facials, and a room upgrade! We did not eat at the restaurant, but did eat by the pool and the food was very good...the bbq smelled amazing. Everyone (staff) was wearing masks during our stay, so you couldn’t see their smiles, but you could hear it in their voices...always greeting you by name when you arrived or left the hotel. The gym was well equipped also. A couple very minor suggestions... in the gym, perhaps add a cup dispenser, and a garbage can. There is nowhere to put used cups. And in the room, bolt the safe to the cabinet that it’s in. The safe is loose, and someone could take the whole thing.... having said that, Vietnam is one of the safest places I’ve ever visited, and their crime rate is very low. It is just an observation that may make other guests feel more comfortable.

The property provides complimentary bus shuttle to its guests. The buffet breakfast was simply grand and the rooms were extremely spacious. The staff were super friendly.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Every staff here was very helpful and friendly. All of them spoke good English. Room and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was great. Wifi, AC, minibar, all great. Good location close to beach and old town/night market. They also provide free shuttles around town and 2 free water. Also one of the few to have a gym facility and nice swimming pool.

We had a great stay at the Sincerity. Rooms, staff, facilities, breakfast and especially the staff who were excellent through out our stay. Short walk into the town or take the free hotel shuttle bus.

We had a great stay at Hoian Sincerity. The staff were very helpful. The location is quiet with a plenty of places eat nearby. A short walk down to the Old Town or take the free shuttle bus.

They offer a shuttle service into the main town which is great but it is often full and you have to wait a while for another one. We ended using the anio shuttle many times. The hotel itself is old and a little dirty in places. The food is not the greatest. Overall it’s an ok hotel. The staff are all very pleasant though.
