Not as nice, as advertised!
Don’t be impressed by the restaurant that they advertise. In this property, there is NO restaurant! The restaurant is in the next door building, which is a different business, so you can’t make a charge to your room, if you eat there!
Rooms are huge and are fine. If you are looking for luxurious places, that is definitely NOT the place. But it is very descent and clean. The best part is the bed and pillows; VERY comfortable.
The place is like a huge factory. Too many people all the time, the entrance ALWAYS blocked by so many cars that are arriving there every second.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
NON of my Expedia VIP status were acknowledged!
Overall, it is not a bad place, but it was way too busy for me…

Loved the hotel. Very spacious and the staff is very friendly too. They even allowed slightly late checkout. Too bad I forgot to ask for a VIP Room Upgrade. Nevertheless highly recommended

Place is beautiful , centrally located. View of KL tower from our room. Rooftop view beautiful at night. Only downside - no AC in the elevators

Location was central. One towel and one pool towel on arrival we had to ask for more towels including hand towels. 3 days to repair a faulty light? Yes that's right.

no vip upgrade. we are a group of four, they failed to arrange our rooms on the same floor. lifts are super slow and always crowded. janitor staff use the same lifts. have a bad smell at the lobby. room was large enough but definitely won't stay here again in the future. we were running out of tissue, but waited long time after we asked for it. on our second day, noone made up our room even we hang up the tag at the door.

Rooms are very spacious, clean, and accessible to MRT and walkable distance to the Petronas Tower. The breakfast buffet is good enough, not a lot of choices but it's complete. The SkyDeck is amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend.

The bed was smelly. Pillows had a sweat smell. Toilet was ok. Floors were dirty in our room. Had ants. The lift was so slow. It took me 7 minutes to get from level 15 to ground level.

Nothing looks like what’s advertised. Old. Dirty. Poor management. Always way long wait for the elevator to come. And real fun to have to stop at each floor when you try to go down the lobby. Big mystery how it got good reviews on the website.

The Hotel suites was great almost in all aspects..the location, and the cleanliness of the units. Special thanx to Mr Misbun (front desk manager) who is very helpful in assisting me during check in.

Apartments don’t have telephone connections with the reception
Poor views due to recently erected face styles building.
Didn’t supply salt or sugar.
Breakfast was very expensive and not many western food options. Not value for money at all.
Key card didn’t work so they had to arrange physical keys for us. I had to go to the reception multiple times to get the physical key as they don’t have phone/intercom in the apartments.
On the positive side, it’s very clean and spacious. Property is in a resonance state.

They couldn’t find the breakfast note in my booking and was made to walk to and fro the restaurant located in the other building and the reception to de conflict and still they tell me they can’t find it even after showing them my email booking… Apart from that, the hotel is really old and definitely not a 5 star.

The location is very close to all shopping and dining places. Rooms are clean with washer and dryer, kitchen utensils, very convenient. The pool is nice in late times of the day, but quite crowded during daytime.

Request for higher floors was not met. TV was too small for current standards. There's a mixture of residents and guests. The housekeeping staff were using the same lifts with guests. Thus, it took longer waiting time for the lifts.

Overall is ok. A bit confusing as not much information was given out from the reception about New Year celebrations. Communication at porch security personnel could be improved for parking direction. Not much dining options.

In general really good hotel. The rooms are really spacious, the workers kind and the location great. The only negative thing I noticed was that the bed sheets were a bit old with some old unremovable stains, but that's about it.

Had an amazing stay here! Professional , kind and very helpful staff. The suite was big, clean, had plenty of natural light, wonderful amenities, quiet, comfortable beds, two small corner shops nearby, close to several sights and just an overall wonderful experience! The was a washing machine and detergent was provided, free bottled water, AC in all rooms. They have room service but keep in mind to have the exact amount of money to pay in cash upon delivery. The breakfast was great and there was many options and not the same choices each day. Check in and check out was smooth. Will stay here again during my next visit.

The pool and view is AMAZING! Although it rained a little, we were still able to hop in the pool and get some really cool photos. We basically had it to ourselves which was nice. Highly recommend going at night when the city lights are all on, it's magical. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but we looked inside and looked at the menu and the food looked really good and the atmosphere seemed like a fun time.
