We got in fairly late, ready to hit the hay. The guy at the front was friendly enough, no complaints. As soon as we walk into the room we were greeted by 3 itty bitty roaches scurrying across the floor, and one dancing in the restroom. Tired and annoyed we head on back down to get another room. Suprised, the guy gave us another room on a higher floor. We had higher expectations than we should have, this room had a big ol roach asking why we cam into HIS room.
Third round is a charm? Our next room had a few glimmers of nasiness, like an eyelash, a small pile of something by the nightstand, but no roaches YET. We settle in and go to sleep. I had to go down to the car and when I came back, boom, another roach, but the little one was asleep so we cut the A/C up and barley slept a wink.

Room was okay. Floor definitely had not been swept or mopped. The staff we encountered were all professional and polite. The breakfast was awful. Juice machine is out of order. There were carafes of juice sitting in a bucket of ice, but the juice was still warm and watered down. Potatoes were inedible. Biscuits were soggy, sausage dried out, and bacon sitting in grease.

I loved the beach facing balcony. The room was huge! Breakfast was tasty, and the pool and hot tub were very nice. Right across from the beach so it was easy to get there and back hauling all the “beach” stuff for kids. Will definitely stay again.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel ! The breakfast was a huge plus and delicious. Very good service and I really enjoyed the hot tub ! The views were also amazing . I will definitely return !

We were in room 217. The noise above us was terrible. It sounded like someone "jogging in place" from 5:30 am to 7:00am. WHAT ARE PEOPLE THINKING!

This hotel was rated excellent, but it’s not. It’s ok. The bed and linens were clean. The floors had been cleaned with too much soap, so they were grimey. Overall the place could use some attention to detail.

Number 1 Toilet was Way too low to the floor. I had to go to the lobby each time to use the bathroom for handicap. Please do something about the toilet at this place. That is ridiculous handicap people cannot use the bathrooms here.

Our room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our gulf view room very much. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Galveston.

Everybody who works here is so nice. The room was very clean and larger than I expected. Breakfast was great and overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Galveston.

Our room was not ready at check-in. Had to settle for 2nd floor instead ot 5th floor. The receptionist was rude. No movie channels. The review with very nice and it was close to everything.

It was relaxing pool and hot tub was nice beach was nice. Ice machine on 4th floor out of service had to go to 1st floor but since everyone was using it was out had to go to service station for ice for drinks. Receptionist was rude and not helpful would not get off her personal phone to help. When leaving there was a new lady she seemed very nice.

It was really good. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony. It was gorgeous! It was also in walking distance to a restaurant. It was also nice to have a free breakfast the next morning. The room was clean.

Excellent customer service, a lot of parking spaces at front and back of the building, We stayed 2 nights and in one of the breakfast time we had a lof of food, but on the second one it seems that there was not enough personnel to help with the breakfast area and there wasn't enough food to eat, so we decided to leave early and eat outside.
