A beautiful resort with helpful and friendly staff. Slightly further away from old town than some however super easy to get to town with the free shuttle bus or a super cheap taxi. Beautiful pool and gym made up for the distance and this is why we chose this resort over others.

Lovely little hotel with great pool area and just a short hop from the old town

Large rooms, huge bed, nice bathroom. Pool area is lovely and the breakfast is good too. The hotel has a shuttle service to Hoi An ancient town and An Bang beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The boutique resort looks more beautiful upon arrival than we saw the photos on the internet. It is probably one of the few boutique resorts in Da Nang at accessible room rate. The swimming pool is not big though but is such a gorgeous place to chill out and relax. Inside the room, the deco/ furnishment is clean and minimal but the ambience is nice and relaxing and it is quite spacious. Personally I love the bathroom design, simple yet chic.

I really appreciated the helpful staff at this hotel. They were very informative about the services provided. During our breakfast, a staff checked in on us and asked us what we needed. She then booked what we needed for us. There is also bikes that you can use for FREE. I recommend it since the resort is far from the main touristy parts of Hoi An. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Good breakfast, good transportation arrangement at your own cost

The resort is quite a distance away from the old town/markets but there's a shuttle(more like a buggy) from/to the hotel few time a day and you can also call a Grab(which is exactly like an Uber) or rent a bike/scooter so the distance didn't really bother us at all. The pool is open from 7am to 7pm, in which my friend and I spent most of our time as it was extremely hot/humid during the day. One of the best parts was that the whole staff including the booking manager Ms.Ngan was incredibly kind and supportive! :)

Nice swimming pool and comfortable room

Overall excellent. What I liked the most was swimming pool. Everything was new and clean. Breakfast was recommendable. There were not many foods, but all of them were tasty. Daily special menu such as noodles and pan steak was on the list. They run shuttle bus to Hoian old town and beach club, not to An Bang Beach. I stayed 2 nights. I would definitely choose this resort if I visit Da Nang again.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool area was lovely. The breakfast had a large and delicious variety of western and Vietnamese foods. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Senvila Resort was very clean and the facilities like the swimming pool, fitness centre, and hotel room bathrooms were very modern. The staff were friendly and always wiling to help.The hotel is located outside of Old Quarter Hoi An, and the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to both Old Quarter and An Bang beach but the shuttle is not very reliable, on a few occasions we found ourselves waiting in long lines to be picked up, and on a couple of occasions when the shuttle ran late we ended up just catching a cab instead (which isnt expensive, but its just annoying to wait for a shuttle that doesnt arrive on time or does not have enough space for everyone). To their credit when the shuttle is full they do call for a cab to pick up the rest of the people although you have to wait even longer.I would recommend Senvila to anyone who wants a resort feel without the resort prices and is willing to stay outside of Hoi An Old Quarter and wait for shuttles or pay for taxis to and from the city centre, which can be easy to do.

Lovely, private resort. Friendly staff. Good range of international tourists. Excellent place to go if you want to unwind. There is regular free transport to and from both the city centre and beach. Hoi An was my favourite place to stay in Central Vietnam. The food was excellent offering both Vietnamese, Western & Vegan options! 24 hour gym and lovely pool.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room was beautiful and comfortable, just a bit chilly but we had an extra duvet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating + the food was very good!

Two night stay in high quality hotel with profesional and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and good dishes in restautant. Comfy and clean room and pool. Very nice bathroom. Cons for shuttle bus service. We haven't book it in advanced as required (from the beach location - near Soul Kitchen restaurant), but we called reception 2 min before to ask if bus should be there and was told he will come and take us. After 25 min we ordered uber car.

The room was clean, staffs could speak English. Nice bar in hotel, the cocktail was good. The price was reasonable. Appreciate the Mr. bartender on 5june(sorry I didn't ask his name), good service, lovely guy. However, the dinner provided by restaurant was not satisfied.

Excellent hotel! This resort is brand new and extremely luxurious! The pool is absolutely amazing, breakfast is great, the bed is so comfortable, the room is large and the shuttle to beach and town makes staying further away an easy choice! The staff are brilliant, especially Ly and Robin who made us feel so welcome from day one. We also were lucky to meet the owner who is so friendly and helfpful. 5 stars all around, if you book here you will not be disappointed!

Amazing hotel!

The only positive thing about this hotel is how newly built it is. Though, maybe it is the way it was built - sound proofing was terrible. We were woken up a couple of nights at 6am from loud bass music playing from the neighbouring local homes. The bass were sporadic throughout the day as well even at 5pm. We could also hear our neighbors above walking around. Location is about 10 mins by car from the ancient town and there's nothing to eat around there. Wouldn't recommend riding a bicycle as the cars and trucks speed down this road. Service was generally friendly and helpful though i felt that they were trying to get a penny from us every time they could - for eg; I needed help from reception to help me place a call to a Hoi an number as my local SIM card didn't get a dial tone, to my surprise they told me they needed to charge me for that call. They also tried to oversell their tour packages to the extent they asked a lot of questions about the preplanned tour that I had booked, where I had found it etc and that they haven't heard of them before. Like they were trying to make it out to be an unreliable tour company. In summary, though it was an okay stay, probably wouldn't stay here again as those factors add up to an unpleasant one.
