Day was fine. Loud construction outside my area made relaxing difficult. I was also disappointed that my stay didn't include breakfast or Suttle to airport as advertised on line.

Place was ok overall. Some fixtures need to be fixed like the kitchen faucet and the bathroom towel rack. The faucet knob was worn out and not easy to turn or control. The towel rack was falling apart and about to detach from the wall. Guests probably hold onto it when getting out of the bathtub. You should install a grab bar for getting out of the tub. Dangerous for elderly.

Rusty bidet, linens and towels too old, bed too firm (had to request foam topper for comfort). Inside room not well cleaned, you can spot dust and not well maintained.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Only the bathroom was a little dirty near the sink and shower area. Kitchen was small but clean. The biggest problem was the mattress. It felt too hard and like laying on the box spring with very little padding. You could feel the springs poking through your back. They need a better mattress. Overall, place was good. Near drugstore, convenient store and restaurants.

The unit I was in, 2512 could use a bit of an update and thorough cleanliness. There was no outlet in the bathroom to plug-in the hairdryer and when I tried to use it outside in the main room, there is no mirror to look at. It was a bit inconvenient.

It was nice and clean... staff was very helpful , nice area, resturants close... i stayed for almost 1 month..... there were a few roaches, not alot, maybe 5 in my time there. I didnt complain because it wasnt a lot and not in the kitchen.

The lady who checked us in was awesome and the staff were great. There was a smell in the room due to a water trap not having water in it, but once I found it and fixed it the smell started getting better.

The lobby looks completely clean and was impressed with the quality of the personnel staffing the desk. Jerome was a very good night manager and then changed the days while I was there but he took charge of trying to keep everything in check so far as my reservation was concerned. I was very disappointed in the first room we went to it was not anything I expected when you order something like a queen sweet supposed to be premier and it was not it was anything but a sweet and the bathroom you could almost step into the toilet from the shower. So there are many other things I won't go into detail but I would not be staying at the Valero again if I came back to PI. They tried to make it right and the finishing touch was a roach crawling around the microwave oven in the room we had that was it that was out of there. Went to another hotel had nothing but praise for that one and cost about just the same per night. And I'll be doing review on that hotel on the Google maps and the website for the hotel itself. I would suggest somebody look somewhere else for a room and not the at the Valero. The street noise is tremendous I got very little sleep the time I was there.

My fiancé and I had a great experience at the hotel from March 3, 2023 to March 11, 2023. We loved the room assigned to us. The housekeeping service was excellent. The staff are professional and efficient. We loved using the gym snd the pool. We will definitely be back next year.

The room we had was quite spacious and had great natural light. However, the bathrooms needed updating as the shower's heat regulator seems to be broken; the water swung from very hot to cold quite intermittently.

Lovely hotel, nice staff and a decent room. Makati is a great area to stay in Manila and the hotel is in a good location.
However, the bed was the hardest bed we've ever slept in. It was like sleeping straight onto a slab of wood, impossible to get comfortable. We asked for extra duvets to put on top of the bed which helped ever so slightly for the second night still terrible. It was also fairly noisy.

Everything is good. Kitchen is a big factor. The room is very comportable and big and enough. Excellent choice
