All ok, but reception could have been a little brighter.. they said Pet Friendly, but young man at reception not that receptive.. Our doggie doesn’t smell and very friendly toy Cavoodle.. you would have thought we had a snotty nosed youngster with us

Was very pleased with our overnight stay - thought it might be noisy but heard nothing at all. The view was very pretty and the breakfast much better than expected and great value. The parking charge of $15 was worth paying and the position was extremely convenient. Look forward to returning on our next trip to Sydney.

Check in was simple and prompt. The room is one of the best I've stayed in across regional NSW. Could not believe the response to when I asked for a simple steak and vegetables for dinner (from the Menu). The waitress advised me that the kitchen had 'run out' of vegetables!!! There was only 9 people in total across the restaurant when I was there. How could this happen???

The room was clean. We had to park in the shopping centre car park as the hotel car park was full. This was not ideal. The wait person in the restaurant ignored us so we went elsewhere and had a great meal.

Mantra Albury was neat and tidy with very friendly and helpful staff.

Just everything about the Mantra was incredible, definitely worth the money

The property is ok. I dont like having to pay for parking in country towns or cities or being given wrong information. Woman at the desk told us we could park for free overnight at next door high rise car park on top 2 levels, but there is a sign at the lift of the car park clearly stating u will be charged if u dont remove your car by 10pm.

In room TV was poorly tuned. Half the channels didn’t work or were duplicated. One very small bin in the bathroom. One very small recycling only bin. Thumping music till midnight from a pub a block away. Cars revving and burnouts at 12.30am. 7th floor and the noise woke us both. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel. Needs 1 or 2 staff Manning breakfast though.

staff got no idea when bar open and restaurant two new people me and my daughter would run with eyes closed sorry i stay there all time but slipping breakfast still 200 percent

Had a couple of days here. Found the place to be clean and tidy, and the staff friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good with a good range of food. The dinner was your average pub menu but was well presented. If eating in is not your thing then there was a good range of restaurants and bars nearby.

A fine fare for Breakfast

The property is clean, the room and the bed are excellent, delicious breakfast. We arrived very late in the evening, the receptionist was very helpful. She gave us clear direction where to get our dinner to which we highly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we stayed on a Friday night and there was a night club nearby that played thumping music till the early hours of the morning. Even on the 8th floor it was so noisy. It wasn’t the good night's sleep I was desperately hoping for after such a long drive. It really was a shame as otherwise it was a great hotel.

Staff were great but run off their feet, probably need to review staff numbers at Easter.

Difficult to access and leave parking

Quite good accommodation but I was unhappy with the glasses and mugs in the room, I had to wash them as they had dirty marks on them. This indicates things not being cleaned properly.

The hotel is in a good position in town & rooms are comfortable. I have stayed here many times before & have had good customer service in the past. When I checked in I was refused parking as they said they were booked out. The guy at reception was not helpful & couldn't give a damn even though I had phoned through earlier & was promised parking. I have a valuable classic car & was attending a major car show in town & had to park in a public car park next door which made me nervous about damage to my vehicle. I was allocated parking for my other 3 nights stay however the incompetance of the staff left me unsure about booking here again along with the cost of a room increasing dramatically in the past 12 months.

Easy book in. Clean rooms. Water in the fridge would have been nice. Otherwise very happy.

1 night stopover in the centre of Albury, close to shopping precinct including restaurants and cafes. Safe off street parking available, room clean, modern and comfortable. First time we have stayed at Mantra Albury, it won't be our last. Staff friendly and helpful.

Tired property and needs some love . Check in staff need some training in showing you customers they are welcome!
