Requested for a higher floor and view of the airport action. Savoy did not disappoint! Checkout took less than a minute! When i came up to the front desk and handed over the key cards, she just asked me: did you leave anything in the room? I said no and she said everything is good!

We we stayed only one night due to transfer to El Nido.I informed the team that we are starting our honeymoon and a small cake and beautiful decoration on the bed with roses surprised us! So thoughtful! the staff was so friendly and helpful at all times.

We arrived. Check in was smooth however the room did not have towels so we had to request the front desk. None of the usual stuff like cotton buds, shoe shine, makeup pads etc…I guess you have to ask if you need something. But overall, the room was clean & comfy so Iam satisfied

It was a two night stay and i did not have any issues at all. Everyone was polite and was able to answer my inquiries. The only thing is that i was not able to see that breakfast was not included with my booking.

I super love my stay here , very good customer service, easy check in and chekx out process. i was able to get an early check in with no extra charge. I love the pool and bar pool too. I love that there is a hairdryer. What I didnt like is they dont have vanity table need to do everything in the bathroom sink

There were only two people in front if me and yet it was the longest check in experience of my life! The hotel was not too bad though, has basic amenities and comfortable for an overnight stay, conveniently well located near T3 airport

The hotel os close to terminal 3 so its convenient however unless you have a flight to catch then book a hotel that is not so bland. This hotel has as much charm at a rock. Its the basic. The pool has is bland and hotel rooms are minimal at best. I would give it a 3 star rating and that is being generous. However there is nothing that the hotel did wrong, its just a basic convenient hotel close to airport. The price is right for the quality. It is clean and it has a nice breakfast buffet. Staff was polite. Its just a basic hotel so 3 stars is the top for this place

I’ve always stayed at this hotel but this time is so different. Check in was so bad, there was a long line and only one person was doing the check in. When I mentioned the long line he (Danielle,a guy) said that it’s ok!
The bathroom has molds and the bed was dirty, room 5005.

The location was perfect for our stop before traveling further in the philippines. The bed was really comfortable, the room was nice and clean. But it all fals a bit apart when the room was super super loud from the outsides. It sounded like a window was open, but non of the windows could open. There was no sound from the hotel it self, but very loud from the traffic and road outside.

Room is spacious. Shower area could use a better shower curtain to prevent water splashing outside of the shower area. But overall, I’ll stay here again. This was our 2nd stay in this hotel!

Great place. Love the restaurant. We were on the opposite side of the hotel from our last visit. We didn’t sleep so well with the street noise outside. Otherwise a good stay.

We held a mini-family reunion (30 people) in this hotel, and we had a blast. The variety of Food and Drinks in the menu were amazing! I will definitely consider staying in this hotel again and hold another party. It was also very close to the airport.

Both power sockets beside my bed were loose and would not charge my phone, i called rec3and the lady tried telling me the problem was my phone because it was a Samsung

Your booking service is crap flight cancelled 30 plus hours before and still you delayed trying to change to next day for 6 people and 3 rooms and delayed telling us of your decision will not use hotels.com again

We stayed at Savoy Manila on 1-4 September in their Runway suite- the room and bathroom was spacious. The hall way to the bathroom was smelly like damp. We requested for a baby cot which they provided but it was dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my baby in there.

The rooms and bathroom were very small. The hotels (e.g. Park Inn Radisson) we stayed in in Qezon City were a lot bigger. But the location was good and the staff were very courteous and attentive.

Great location, dining and shopping options. Staff was great and the hotel did a great job scanning luggage and security. The hotel weekend buffet was delicious. Our room was clean and the bathrooms were great. Comfy bed and sheets. We'll definitely return.
