The room is clean the price is recommended good stay feel comfortable

Room didn't have a window.. Wasn't informed when making reservation.. And when I tried to cancel, hotel refused. Also not very clean.. Terrible sound isolation

Room was clean, and the hotel has a new gym as well (small, but good enough). I was pretty happy with my stay

The area around the hotel is quiet. It was also good that Masjid Jamek station was close, Little India and Chinatown were close. The room is clean and the Wi-Fi speed is fine. If I come to Kuala Lumpur again, I will stay here. thank you!

Horrible Svc. Good facilities. Location pivotally functional to sites/LRT. Expect gov tour. tax; then cash deposit/rm. Staff min. attentive & max. dismissive; partic. night shift. Dont expect any courtesy/sympathy/emerg./assist/etc. Basic check in/out functions only.

Great hotel at a great rate. It has everything that you need. The gym is modern. The rooms were nice. Staff was great. Great area. Would definitely recommend as a budget hotel.

Great c/p value comfort cozy and clean, 4 minutes walk to major 2 MRT stations especially easy connect to airport by express rail way + 2stops MRT or 4 USD Grab/taxi 12 minutes walk to famous China town 3minutes walk to Sogo department store 5 minutes to famous indecent park anyway I m going to rebook again for my coming winter vacation … just click and book it , it is worth to your payments if you prefer to stay and not spend money in swimming pools huge lobby and shining outlook I have two choice for here, 200 USD for 5 stars hotel or here , if you are really care a dollar is worth for 2 dollars , believe me

The staff was very slow from the start and I had to wait to check in. Next day I wanted to sit outside while they clean my room, but the concierge in a very rude manner told me that he can’t give me good chair outside and gave me a stool. On a check out day the staff was terrible slow to give me back my deposit despite that I was standing in front of her looking at her eyes and she did her things sorting papers very slow like she has done it on purpose to silently say: “f*ck you”. People in this hotel were very loud, walls are very thin. At least the bedding was new and clean.

really enjoyed my stay here. short walk to majid jamek station. walking distance to petronas towers. tasty onsite indian restaurant. room was big enough for 1, with great walk in shower little strange not having a window but id stay here again no problem

Clean room. In room safe. Water bottles in the room was nice. Walkable area. Close to metro. Nice staff at desk. It can be loud if anyone talks in the hallway.

Nice location, modern rooms and supplies, breakfast is basic, close to burger king maccas and kfc supermarket and so on come handy

First impressions were incredible. There was a fabulous scent everywhere and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous. The shower was huge and the water pressure was very strong. The toiletries were super useful and thoughtful, and the towels were brand new and sparkling white. Unfortunately, breakfast let the place down a lot, due to both the seating area and the food. It didn't have the luxurious and spacious vibe that the rest of the hotel had, and there was a poor selection of cold food. The coffee was great though, and there were some mind-blowing restaurants around so we were well fed during our stay. Overall terrific stay. Didn't want to leave!

Great location, walking distance to many sights and close to rail stations and direct train to Batu Caves. Clean, modern rooms. Staff unable to help with sight seeing activities so come prepared.

Wonderful place! Clean and serviceminded staff! Could have wished for more vegetarian alternatives at the breakfast, that the only "negative" about this stay.

Overall, my colleagues and I are quite pleased during our stay @ M Palace. Value for money.
