Great value for price point!

Friendly staff, modern room with awesome quality

Very nice property with plenty of parking on street, convenient access to transportation and walking distance to grocery/convenience stores. Walkable to Titanic Experience. Exceptionally nice staff, very helpful and accommodating.

Very decent for the price we paid. No frills and nothing special. But functional, clean and decent location. Would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic room, clean and really well equipped. Friendly communication. Inside and out the property was very well maintained. Couldn’t ask for more.

Lovely property and great host

En-suite was tiny and did not match the pictures shown when booking at all. Rooms are also not soundproof AT ALL - room beside ours arrived home in the middle of the night and we were greeted by the sound of retching all night. Fine as a base you can’t expect much more for the 2* but definitely doesn’t match the price charged.

This was a cute place to stay, but it was a bit out of the way. 15 minutes to Belfast via cab. Curb side parking if you were lucky. Apparently there was a common room, but it was always locked when we were there. The suites were very clean and the beds comfy. There was a mini fridge. The shower was tiny, so not appropriate for “plus size” people. It would be great for single travellers, but not so much for groups.

A clean and well-furnished room in an otherwise soulless environment that is over-priced and totally over-reliant on technology to communicate with patrons. If it is the famous warm and friendly welcome of visitors to Northern Ireland you seek, this is not the place for you!! I have never experienced anything like the number of texts and emails I was repeatedly required to respond to for a one night stay that I paid for upfront. Not suitable for a busy person. I would never stay here again!

Beautiful, modern room with the added touch of a table and 2 chairs. Bed was super comfy and bedding clean. Share living room and kitchen on main floor were welcoming. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

We had the front room of the property and it was really noisy at night!!! Hard to get a good nights rest. But other than that the hotel was super cute and easy to get into the heart of the city.

The property is on a busy street and it was difficult to find parking. We arrived midday and rang the bell. We were told on greeting, that we should use the code we were sent. ( received the emails for payment but found out later the email with the code was sent the day prior to our arrival and went to junk mail). Bathroom was VERY small. Also note that you have to carry luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. We booked here as they advertised 3 twin beds. Actually had 1 twin and a double. Could have gotten that type of room for less at a hotel.

Comfortable and nice, not 4 star but at least 3, room was a little dusty and small, did not reflect the room pictures/description on booking

We were totally disappointed with this accommodation yes room was clean but too small exceptionally noisy guests coming in early morning slamming doors and very loud we will never ever return and could certainly not recommend this property. There was a party in the room opposite our room going on late into the night.

Party happening across our hall or up above, I cannot tell. It is very disturbing, unable to get to sleep due to noise level with people frequently yelling and screaming even at 1:15am as I am writing this.

Very clean and accommodating facilities. Not near much of interest but we were only in Belfast on our way to Giant's Causeway. We walked to dinner but it was an unpleasant walk near the highway to a restaurant in a mall. The beds and bathroom were very clean and I had a good night sleep.

The property and cleanliness was very good, Key system fine. We were on the road most of the day with no wifi and unable to answer emails. I had already confirmed we were coming and scanned my credit care as requested the day before arrival. On arrival we we made to think we were late or non contactable we were made to pay immediately, which was no problem but vibe was unfriendly.

I had a nice room, good tv with Netflix and PrimeTv, good wifi connection, a comfortable bed, decent breakfast.

Really lovely room, unfortunately it was cold as the radiator either wasn't on (the thermostat was on full but no heat) or doesn't work, we were given a plug in heater but it wasn't great. Another big downside is all the building work going on across the road and next door..... Being woken up before 8am by the builders next door was not good at all, and that's my main reason for only 3 stars as we really weren't happy with this(combined with being so cold). It's a shame as its a really nice place in a good location for visiting my family. It would've been nice if a cooked breakfast was included in the price, but the only thing on offer was a continental breakfast for an extra charge(we decided against it) ..... For the price they charge you really would expect a free cooked breakfast. It was strange not to see the owners at all. All in all a mixed visit, some good, some bad, and I'm not sure if I would stay again, I'd definitely have to check the building work was finished at that the heating works first.

The accommodations were fine but it was difficult to get to and our unit faced the road so it was loud all night.

It was a beautifully renovated property with comfortable beds and great breakfast. No elevator so might not work for people with mobility issues. When windows open can be very loud with night traffic as you are right downtown.
