Great value. Towels were too small (more like face towels), doors were a bit loud so some hesitancy to leave/enter, common room was a bit small. Check in without a concierge was surprisingly easy and guests were quiet and respectful.

Difficult to check in.
Checkin at 2PM, cleaner did not arrive until after 2 to start cleaning so we waited another hour to get out rooms.
The lounge has a bed settee on it, which is slept in at night so there is no lounge.
I would recommend paying a tad more money to get a lot more quality.

I reserved 20 days and I only stayed two nights, I asked for the refund, didn’t get it,washrooms is so small, and the place is not too clean,very Disappointed! Never stayed there again .

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect, but wow, I didn’t think it would be like this. Had problems trying to access the room. When I was finally in there, I didn’t expect a shabby pod. It has a simple roller blind as your protection from other people with a two inch mattress. The air is loud and doesn’t make its way into the pod easily unless you leave your self exposed to others. No towels or toiletries for shower and base of shower made me avoid it. I moved hotels after one night. Given the price, I would say just pay a bit more and get a real hotel.

Bunker bed? That may still work BUT for security you have to sleep inside a coffin with the only ventillation provided by a noisy fan. There is also a sign with light that cannot be switched off inside your bunker. Not recommended.

very conformable bed,once close the door, it is very quite inside the pod. The location is very convenient to access to MTR station, and bus stop.

This hotel is very good for the price compare to others budget hotel in Hong Kong, The bed and bathroom very clean, the housecleaning lady is kind ! I've stayed before in the famous chunking mansion in Mong Kok it was awful, the Nap is little bit more expensive but definitly worth it you get the best compromise between price and quality in the expensive city of Hong Kong

Stay for 3 night, Good location, really pleasant n clean place. Fast check in n check out without any difficulty. Fast respond from their staff when we needed help.

We stayed here for our 4 night in Hong Kong and I was amazed by this place. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, comfortable this capsule hotel was.The staff were polite and helpful. They told us how to go from airport before coming to hong kong and let us store our luggage until we were ready to check in (we'd gotten there too early.). Amazing! Good service!

I was nervous about booking here at the beginning as I never stay in capsule or hostel. But this capsule hotel is amazing. Spacious and you can get all you need.The hotel is easy enough to find with Google maps. Good walking distance from subway station. Self check in without any difficulty. comfortable stay with everything i need. Highly recommend.
