Staff were very friendly and helpful , rooms were clean and tidy . Would stay again

We were a party of seven so needed a big place to stay. Great location for Old Trafford football and cricket grounds which is what we needed. Couple of cosmetic things let it down but a bit of TLC and it would be lovely.

Clean and comfy apartment. Easy walking distance to cricket ground. Assumed parking was included but you need to book it at the time of booking the room .

Very accessible to the cricket ground for gigs and only 10 minutes in taxi from Piccadilly. Apartment was clean and value for money. The walls look tired and need a lick of paint.

Don’t stay here, asks for security deposit outside of Expedia and never refunds DONT STAY HERE

SCAM. The property take a deposit and do not repay (the phone number they gave me is now outnof service). Though the requirement of a deposit is stated on Hotels.com they operaters have no interest in getting tour deposit back. AVOID this property, and reconsider whether Hotels.com are worthy of your custom. Hey there! I recently stayed at this apartment for a day and wanted to share my experience. The apartment was really spacious and budget-friendly, which is great. However, there was a bit of noise coming from the corridor or maybe from upstairs, I'm not entirely sure. But despite that, I still think it was worth my money. Overall, I had a good stay, though the deposit amount was a bit high. I am still waiting for my refund, so I hope to receive it soon. Thank you for your help!

READ THE SMALLPRINT! DESPUTE raised with Expedia, who are kindly refunding me after waiting for my direct bank transfer safety deposit back of £250 green apartments made me pay before I could check in 1 month ago. Others checking in were also baffled by being asked for this. No communication from them now for 3 weeks. My own bank had never heard of this method of securing a room before. Otherwise, basic apartments very spacious.

A spacious apartment. Clean and tidy, although there was a small amount of damage already.

Overnight stay to attend a game at Old Trafford. Short walk to the ground. Check-in was easy. The apartment was spacious and clean. Plenty of room. Kitchen looked great but didn’t need to use it. Parking was easy and private. Bond paid and then returned within 10 days. Would use again.

Still awaiting deposit money two weeks later.

We were put in one apartment that didn’t suit us as we were one couple and two single people, but Hasan changed us over into a more suitable apartment. Overall very happy… we left the apartment t exactly how we found it, so looking forward to having the large deposit paid back asap!

On arrival we were told we were being given a better room. This room had water damage on the ceiling, chocolate hand marks on the walls, lots of obvious brown stains on the wall. Stated as a 2 bedroom but it should be 1 bedroom with a living room. They have put a tv, table and sofa in the kitchen. The kitchen isn’t set out to accommodate this and is literally a sofa with kitchen units right in front of you with a tv poorly balanced to the side. Overall cleanliness was ok but if this is a better room I wouldn’t like to know what the more basic room looks like. On check out we were waiting for 20 minutes at the front desk, we tried ringing the telephone number we were given 3 times but were ignored. We eventually left the key in a key safe, text the number to let them know what we had done and left. I then tried to ring the number and message again over the next day to find out if they had got the key and how I would get the deposit back. After being ignored several times I eventually got through to the man that had checked us in. He said that they had got the key (no apology for us waiting around or the poor communication). He also said that he had sent it through to the department to release the deposit back to me. It has now been almost 2 weeks and we still haven’t received the £150 deposit back. Avoid at all costs

This was the worst stay I've ever had outside of my home. Terrible communication, terrible place and the owner's attitude stinks, all money orientated with no desire to satisfy or to go the extra mile. You will never see your deposit unless you ask for it hundred times! The owner will pretend it is with the finance dept. as if millions were being processed. Not worth the price at all and very unpleasant/scary people were staying in the area, you may not feel safe at times. Whatever you do, do not book this place, I would almost call it a "Scam", I am not sure how dare the owner calls it "Luxury", there is absolutely not one luxury thing about this place. Coming from a very frequent traveller, take my word for it.
