Nashville weekend with my husband. Hotel is good location, everyone is very nice. Hotel is clean, spacious, restaurant is delicious.

Loved everything about the hotel. Very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. Great location to walk downtown. The only thing we did not like was they wanted to charge us $50 to get our room before 4:00 even though our room was ready. We felt they were trying to gouge us.

Room 1219 was unfortunately next to the railroad tracks so it was noisy and woke us several times during our stay. The view from our window at night was nice. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The bathroom is well situated with the nice lighted mirror. Still need fans tho. Overall color scheme needs updating. Restaurant is a no. Didn’t try the buffet. Lots of construction around as well.

Even though I had reserved an upgrade upon arrival they denied it and I was told to come the next day . When I got there next day they said they gave it someone else . It took a manager and waiting a long time before they honored their word .

Great location and only a 5 block walk from Broadway. 25th floor has a rooftop bar with spectacular views. 5th floor has a nice pool and bar but pool isn’t heated so to chilly to swim in evenings. There is a $50 day valet parking that I didn’t know about but gladly paid vs looking for parking. Food is better off-site and not as pricey. Gym was great and provided water and towels. Housekeeping always did an amazing job daily.

Great stay experience at Grand Hyatt. The property is beautiful and classy with the staff very helpful and efficient. There are 7 diff restaurant options and it’s a fantastic neighborhood to walk around, explore, shop, eat and dine! Our room was great and we’d definitely come back here again!

Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the raucous downtown area. Appreciated the closeness to the scene, but far enough away to get some quiet time too. Many music and restaurant options nearby. This Hyatt also has a lovely rooftop bar.

Wonderful! The walk to broadway or to the gulch was short and just far enough where we could retreat back to the quiet after a busy night of loud music and crowds. The rooftop pool is wonderful to hang out during the day.

Their staff were very nice, welcoming, and accurate. Valet parking was little inconvenient when it was busy. But everything was very satisfying and I am sure I will come back to stay again.

The valet was pretty bad they shut down the front entryway so I had to drive into a sketchy dirty garage and leave my vehicle then walk in from there , for 60 dollars it should have been way better . My room was fine , except there was no tv remote I called down to front desk to get one they said they’d send but never did . So no watching tv for me . Probably wouldn’t stay again

Hands down the nicest place to stay on Broadway! Just far enough away from the noise, but close enough to walk to your favorite bars. The hotel itself is gorgeous, great pool, staff, live music, multiple restaurants and bars, and a very nice gym!

The property is clean and has a great rooftop pool. The suites are spacious and the hotel is close to the main Broadway area

The service was great. Everyone was friehdly and curteous. The only thing to have a negative connotation is that my room was not ready at check in time which was 4pm. We had to get a room for we had dinner reservations at 5 at the Standard in Nashville and we needed to check in at 4. We settled for a room which we really didnt want but took it anyway because of the time constraint.

Grand Hyatt was perfect walking distance to Broadway and the Gulch yet out of the noise. The hotel was staffed fully and had plenty of valet drivers, bell hops, cafe staff, and professionals greeting you in the lobby or on elevators! Hotel was clean and turnover service was available daily. The Room was clean and in good order with a comfortable bed. I would stay here again for Nash weekends!
