The hotel was very clean and modern. Valet parking was nice and worth the $25/day. They were very prompt in bringing the car around. The breakfast was okay but not worth the extra money. There was a drilling noise that started at about 7:00 am.

Everything was perfect except the pillows and breakfast. If you like flat feather pillows, then you'd like theirs. The bed is comfortable otherwise. The breakfast was horrible and included cold quiches. No plain eggs. The bacon was greasy. The fruit was good. The location and facilities are otherwise perfect. We had a splendid time! Don't miss the rooftop restaurant or the speak easy featuring a Harry Potter theme.

They put us on the seventh floor, which is right below the rooftop bar and restaurant and they were dragging tables and chairs around for hours while we were trying to sleep at night and then again in the morning.
when checking out, the staff told us they knew it was a problem and an issue and didn’t know why they booked people on the seventh floor.
They only took our parking Charge off the bill.
I came there to relax and it was a miserable night sleep.

Had a wonderful staycation at AC! We were treated with a high level of hospitality by the hotel staff and everything was clean and in order. Even though the hotel was bustling late into the night, our second floor room was quiet and enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

The hotel itself is nice, we just had multiple problems with our room. First, the blackout blinds did not work. Eventually, those got fixed. Next, the toilet broke (and not just that it needed a plunger, the chain for the toilet handle broke). Eventually, after a few visits, that got fixed. Finally, the toilet broke again, this time bad enough that it was not fixable and we just had to live with a non-flushing toilet the second night of our stay.

Weekend getaway in downtown Greenville. Can't beat this place. We've stayed at all the others and this is our go-to now. The most central place to all the action. Clean, comfortable rooms. Lobby bar is a hot-spot and opens to the sidewalk for great people watching. There's a rooftop bar that we haven't tried yet but may soon. Price is not cheap but fair for what you get. Easy parking in a covered deck. No complaints.

The water pressure was almost non existent, found dirty napkins rapped up in the towels. No room service although you had two restaurants within the hotel. Hotel lotion had hair in it.

The property issues were many. Toilet broke 2 day in a row. TV stopped working. Noice from street was terrible.

Water was out during first night—a city problem no fault of hotel, but toilet continued to be a problem. Men came to work on it twice, but finally at bedtime we gave up and moved to another room. I was hoping to get a future comp night for all the hassle, but all we got was breakfast. A bit disappointing.

I don't understand why hotels design their bathrooms to not have doors that close. This is becoming more popular, but why? So this hotel is lovely, very friendly staff, nice rooms. There is a big bench that stretches the length of the room to lay luggage. This is not my preference as I usually like to keep things tidy and hide my luggage. But, the big complaint is the frosted glass "barn style" sliding door to the bathroom, and no fan. If you're on a romantic trip with a new love, good luck with that. For me and my family, we planned ahead with poopouri and turned on the hair dryer for a sense of privacy. But, the door literally doesn't even close all the way. Otherwise, we had a great time!
