Property was tired room was clean but laundrette and general grounds very run down. Staff were lovely though

It was a pleasant experience staying at this holiday park. Nice location, spacious and clean rooms. The swimming pool was fabulous.

We reported on our first day that we had no hot water, maintenance man arrived, looked, then left saying he would be back. Never came back! No hot water for the whole stay. Apartment was dirty and smelly, again we reported it on the first day, nothing! Extremely rundown accomodation at a high cost. IHP needs to step up and join the 21st century.

We stayed in the studio deluxe room which was very nice, although could do with a mirror in the living area. The bar and swimming area looked nice but as we stayed mid week late June there was no entertainment, which was a shame so we did not use this facility. The site was in desperate need of a complete makeover, very run down outside. It was a good place for a base to visit north Devon.

Comfortable apartments which seem to have been recently renovated. Clean, warm and well equipped. Bar and clubhouse available in addition to self catering.

For three middle aged guys cycling the Devon coast to coast route, absolutely perfect! Clean, tidy, comfortable and reasonably priced. Can’t comment on the other facilities as we arrived late and left early. Reception very helpful and accommodating, keeping us updated during the day with arrangements for our late arrival. Would certainly book again.

We booked at last minute and from the photos showed on the website to what we had were worlds apart. The apartment was nothing what we were expecting. Would not recommend or return

We got lovely 2 bedroom apartment, the staff was fantastic and helpful. The accommodation was really good and the bed! Really comfy (first time I slept all night when I stay away). I could even see the sea. Swimming pool was great and have slot to book. Sadly only stay one night but would highly recommend and will be coming back next year with the kids. Only bad part of whole time was.. walk back up from the town!! Do book taxi before coming back up.

It had a strange musky smell, there were old stains on the sofa and the toilet seat was loose.. so kept slipping when we sat down. I did report this asap and was assured maintenance would come.. but they didn't. Having said that, the property was very clean and they provided towels, coffee and tea, which you normally wouldn't get.We were opposite some run down chalets that were borded up, so not a great view.. but it was really quiet so we slept well in a comfy bed!Overall we wouldn't return but it did ok. Basic, clean and really friendly staff.

Overnight business stop . Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed “superior apartment” really is stretching it. If you get put in one of the older apartments you will see what I mean. Please avoid!

Only stayed one night but the apartment was clean and was well equipped aaaaand had a lovely view out to sea. Receptionist, Millie, went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and settling us in - very impressed.

We stayed out of the main family holiday season, so it was quiet which suited us. The apartments that face out to the road might have been affected by traffic noise, but we were further back in second block and had no issue at all. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The apartment was clean and presentable. There is a tier of apartments above ours that looked derelict. The photo on the add isn’t what the apartments look like. The brochure pictures look good. The blocks behind the photo ones aren’t so great looking. That said our apartment was clean and presentable just not in the ‘nicer’ part

Very clean. Door lock was faulty we reported it said they would deal with it but they did not. We had to put a chair by the door at night.

Two night stay while we attended a family funeral. Not the sort of accommodation we would have naturally picked, but it worked out fine. The two bed apartment on the third floor of the block met our needs. The 'holiday camp' activities going on around didn't intrude. Not cheap, but at least it was available! Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
