Tina at the front was amazing!!! She provided us with a printed list of places to go and places to eat. It came with staff recommendations, which was excellent!
It’s right next to Turfway Park, walking distance. We got to see some races.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy things were. Staff was great. Breakfast offered was great. Would stay again. Also price about 40% lower than others in Cincy area.

The online issue we had with our stay was that somebody was being loud and obnoxious and it's lasted for a while

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and well kept both inside and outside. The shower was nice. Breakfast was decent, well stocked. One complaint though was the bed. Although it was a comfortable mattress, there was a rather large groove on one side where most people were obviously sleeping. The mattress should be turned/flipped periodically to prevent this and replaced when the condition becomes unmanageable. The area surrounding the property can be a bit noisy but being close to a hospital and airport is a plus and a drawback. The location is close to The Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter so that is plus. We would probably stay here again.

Extremely clean, comfortable and convenient - easy to get to, close to airport, close to Cincinnati, close to Hard Rock casino and tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Will stay here again!

Driving for a medical trip. Very clean and nice but the beds were hard. The bathrooms were the best for someone who needs medical help to sit n have a hand and essy to use shower head.

My bed sheets had old, dried blood on it. When I asked the front desk to have someone please change the sheets, I was told housekeeping was gone for the day. She gave me a clean set of sheets to change them myself, she was nice and apologized but I still shouldn’t have had to. At least 1 person from housekeeping should be onsite at all times.

I was traveling for work and I really enjoyed my stay. So clean and quiet. Staff was so helpful and nice. No issues i recommend this hotel a true 10 out of 10.

The staff was very friendly & attentive. The breakfast each was really good, great variety of items.
We loved the room. Only drawback is rooms are not cleaned daily, we stayed 4 nights & our sheets were not changed. Also, would be nice to have more towel hooks.

I enjoyed my week stay. Each staff member was friendly and accommodating. Provided transportation to and from the airport even when their shuttle was in the shop! The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfy. Fun atmosphere, and I loved the indoor pool.

Breakfast was a big problem. One staff member isnt enough. Everything was out coffee 2x no creamer 2x. No toast, bagels, eggs. No spoon for oatmeal. Really disappointing and delayed departure time waiting.
