Everytime i check in there will be issues. The night shift Indian National receptionist is a real fool. I checked in at 12am sharp and therefore couldn't make payment with debit card due to the fact the banks freeze a few minutes at this hour. He didn't realize that and told me the card cant be used and he cant help me. Another stay, i asked the old chinese lady morning receptionist to email me a receipt and she forgot, for days, and kept blaming the evening shift staff, but in actual fact, she had forgotten. My most recent stay, no towels, I wash basin was clogged, the air con remote never seems to work and i always have to ask for a replacement. This happens during all my stays. And the provide a badly best up aircon remote, taped all over with masking tape and the operating commands are in Chinese. Bloody hopeless hotel. I wouldnt recomend it to anyone and you need to blasklist them
