L hotel è situato in una posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla metro e ben servito. La piscina al 12 piano è stupenda, con la possibilità di accedervi entro le 22. Il ristorante all ultimo piano purtroppo non serve alcoolici ma la cucina è ottima. Servizio di pulizia puntuale e preciso. La colazione è buona, molta gente, ma è anche vero che è un hotel con molte stanze. L attesa per gli ascensori è un po' lunga ma solo negli orari di punta. Personale eccellente e molto disponibile. Hotel che prenotero' per il prossimo soggiorno a Dubai. Grazie a tutti.

Breakfast, staff and facilities were all good.

Must work on the elevators, the hotel is too big to have only 4 lifts its a huge inconvenience and the wait time for lifts is almost 45 minutes which is very sad.

The rooms can have some upgrades need renovations and I think with that will become even a 5 star hotel. The breakfast food I could eat it even I payed the last 3 days didn’t eat. For my was very bad because I’m used to good food only ! Not worth to book with breakfast!

Este a doua oara cand ne cazam la acest hotel si vreau sa detaliez in intregime parerea mea despre acest hotel!Am facut rezervare cu 2 luni inainte de a ne caza,specificand ca am fost si anul trecut si vrem aceiasi priveliste la camera,bineinteles ca nu a fost asa,ne-au dat camera in partea opusa,intr-un final dupa ce am vorbit cu managerul ne-au schimbat camerele a doua zi dar nu la etajele pe care le voiam,desi am anuntat cu 2 luni inainte…recomand pentru toti care se cazeaza aici sa aleaga camerele de la etajul 50 in sus pentru o priveliste wow,si camerele care se termina cu 03 respectiv 06(exemplu 5503,5606,6703,6706,etc) desi este un hotel destul de nou,conform Wikipedia e dat in folosinta de aproximativ 6 ani,e foarte uzat,mobila din baie e invechita si reparata de mantuiala,wc-ul curgea,lipit cu kit,patul e confortabil si mare,lifturile sunt o mare problema,pierzi enorm de mult timp asteptand la lift,mai ales dimineata,avand 73 de etaje opreste la fiecare etaj,ceea ce este extrem de enervant,micul dejun este destul de scump pentru ceea ce ofera,personalul este ok,este aproape de Dubai Mall si de fantani,este o plaja in apropiere,mie personal imi place privelistea,este singurul lucru care m-a facut sa aleg acest hotel 2 ani la rand,dar doar la etajele superioare,si ceea ce mi se pare absurd e faptul ca nu poti urca la etajul 73 de unde se vede tot orasul,daca nu ai o rezervare la restaurant cu comanda minima de 100 AED,desi esti cazat la hotel,unii oameni vor sa vada privelistea nu sa fie obligati sa si faca consumatie,iar anul trecut aveai voie sa urci pe acoperis fara rezervare,acum nu se mai poate!

Lifturile sunt o mare problema,pierzi enorm de mult timp,asteptand liftul,faptul ca nu mai poti merge pe acoperis fara rezervare si consumatie minima de 100 AED,ceea ce e absurd fiind cazat la acest hotel,si in baie totul e reparat foarte necalitativ!

O Hotel é um bom custo x benefício. Próximo ao Burj Khalifa e ao maior shopping do mundo. Tem uma estação de metro na frente do hotel praticamente. Tem 2 banheiros por quarto, um só com vaso e outro completo, o que ajuda muito para se arrumar e sair rapidamente.

Precisa de uma reforma, trocar os carpet e melhorar no treinamento dos funcionários com a limpeza.

My partner broke his ankle while over in Dubai, the hotel only had 1 wheel chair, which we had to order and then wait for a while before getting access to it

George of room service has tamed us since I had to tell him the frustration we had experienced during our breakfast.

Reception chaos!!! No seats while waiting in the lobby, lift are slow and hallway is too warm. Room AC is too loud and we didnt even sleep properly. We came to relax but we had experienced disappointment. SAUNA AND STEAM were off and no reception, i had to look around and someone came and turned them on but you have to wait 20mins tops, such a waste of time. Water in the pool is too warm. Breakfast time... informed the lady in the resto if they can send breakfast for my daughter since she is still sleeping but immediately she refused. Didnt even offer something as a consideration since its just for a child that u cant drag and wake her up to eat. While eating i have noticed that the server are not cleaning the table properly. Imagined someone sat on the table with is food and noticed a lot of excess bread in the chair and table and the server just wipe as if she was wiping a dust with the guest's plate with foods on it. Shame!!!!! They need to be retrained on how to clean a table...
