Cette maison a été complètement rénovée et joliment meublée cet automne. Bel espace extérieur avec barbecue, table à manger en plein air, piscine chauffée et bain à remous. Chaises longues confortables pour profiter du soleil et profiter du temps parfait en Floride. La cour arrière est entièrement clôturée pour donner l'intimité de votre famille. Cette maison offre un plan d'étage ouvert et assez d'espace pour les grandes familles. Le salon est grand et confortable avec une télévision intelligente à écran plat de 65 pouces, un home cinéma Samsung et un lecteur DVD.

The place is a dump and the surrounding area was awful. The kitchen was kinda redone but everything else was super old. Also.. zero still or chairs around the bar, The kitchen is updated, but the rest of the house meets tremendous work. The area outside by the pool side yard, which is completely dilapidated and dangerous

The house is one of the nicest on the street however, the houses that surround are junky. Neighbor directly across the street was policing our coming and going, giving us unwanted instructions about the recycle bin (very obvious it was a recycle bin) and policing how we entered the driveway with our SUV. Baby raccoon in the roof during the day. Rat/large mouse outside of screening of pool at night. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom only (sleeps 10, we had 8 adults and that is not enough toilet paper for 8 adults.) One roll of paper towel. Minimal trash bags 2-3? Location was near to a lot. Time estimates to various locations was correct. Property manager was responsive with answers during our stay. Fair experience overall.

4 members of our travelling softball team stayed here and the house was excellent. We stay in alot of places and this was about the best house yet. Pool and patio were awesome and very inviting

We surprised our son with a Pool Party Sleepover for him and 7 of his friends. There were enough places to sleep, hang out, and bathrooms... and parents room off to the side with big tv and its own bathroom. Living room cozy with big TV and we set the XBox up for them. The kitchen was huge and since it was just the 2 weekend nights, we didn't cook but theres enough equipment for that if needed. Everything was clean. We are local, so it was nice to have more room for the kids to enjoy being together and having the pool. We will rent this house again Im sure. Oh and Owner was available and courteous.

Our family had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Communication was great with owner with fast replies. He was nice and let us check in 2 hours early which worked great for us. The inside of house was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend

We were a group of 7 adults (3 generations) and our pets visiting Ft. Myers for the 50th anniversary of the City of Palms Classic basketball tournament and catching up with family. The open floor plan provided plenty of space for us to gather. While the individual bedrooms and baths gave everyone some privacy. We were a 10 to 20-minute drive from every location we visited which was so convenient! The owner was incredibly quick to respond to my simple little questions. The neighborhood provided many different walking opportunities for us to exercise too.

I selected this property because I had to be in the area for a funeral and lots of family would be coming to visit. This home was exactly what i needed. Extremely spacious. Very nice pool area. 4 bedrooms (only 1 bedroom tv, that shows a green picture). Very nice neighborhood and neighbors. I would absolutely book this home again. My only complaint, if we want to call it that is parking. Only 4 cars can be in the driveway. Any other cars would need to park 3 blocks away and walk back to the home. I had my guests park there but I picked them up so that they didn't have to walk. Other than that, I'm very happy with my stay.

We were in town for a funeral & although it was further than 20 min from immokalee as we were told, we all had a great stay. Some minor wear and tear in the property but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Property is close to many food & store locations so don’t have to travel to far for anything. We all definitely enjoyed our stay & if we need to we would book here again!

The property was very nice. We enjoyed the amenities. We were not aware it is a "Smart House". Anyone technically challenged will have problems. It was a bit of a challenge for us but with Lucas's help, we managed. The only other complaint is the toilets are all too low. We as an other group of renters had problems.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The pool is clean and relaxing with a hot tub and eating area. The music with the Alexa in each room was fun. It was comfortable and pleasant!

The property was a great little ranch house in a sleepy Florida neighborhood. Near to businesses and about 20mins from the beach. The place was clean, all the amenities were efficient and explained (AC, wifi, pool temp), and checkin/out was straightforward. Excellent stay.

This is a very roomie place in a well established safe neighborhood that is blocks to stores and quick access to roads to get you to the beach! Getting an extra hour for check in and out was a HUGE plus. Walking in the door you are greeted with a massive kitchen/dining area so perfect it was like a magazine photo! LOTS of kitchen items for making meals, newer appliances, big counter space and many cabinets. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses and so well decorated. The living room is big and full of places to sit comfortably to visit or relax and watch TV. The laundry room was so convenient and the sink in there was a big plus. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We struggled with the heaters on both but Charles was able to remote in to get them working overnight. Having the lanai as well as the large patio table and chairs allowed room for visiting and playing games. Tall fence surrounded the backyard that gave us wonderful privacy we often forgot we had neighbors! Loved the Alexa for music. If you are not familiar or comfortable with the Alexa in each room just unplug it. We are used to it and use them regularly. The home is VERY clean and I would love to stay again!

The house itself was nice, needed updating, but was fine. The pool and hot tub were nice and we spent most of our time outside.
We agree with many of the complaints of Lynn G. The area of the home is in a not so great residential neighborhood. It is however close to lots of restaurants. We also had an issue with the keypad. They 4 digit code we were given did not get us into the house. A quick call to Lucas and he reset the code and it worked right away. I can assure you that we were using the correct code that was given to us.
The main issue we had were that they had an abundance of Alexas all through out the house, including in each bedroom/living area. Which if you are familiar with them, you know when people are "dropping in and listening" to your conversations. We noticed that they were spinning green often, which is a notification that they may be listening to you. We didn't think much of this at first, and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The second night we were there, somebody "dropped in" on one of the Alexas and seemed to be drunk. This person was swearing and complaining that we had Alexa's offline. We had unplugged some of them, since they had them in every room. It was an uneasy feeling, since we had confirmed that they were listening to our conversations. We recorded the Alexa when this happened, I do believe this is illegal. Be warned if you are staying here.

Only one TV and lacked good News & Sports channels. No TVs in bedrooms. Alexa sinc programming was confusing at times for lights and music/tv. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay at your residence. Pool area & outdoor grilling was great. All appliances worked great. Thank you to our host/s who were excellent to work with!

The home is located in a very run down neighborhood but only 4 blocks from 41 so convenient for shopping, restaurants etc. There was a lack of supplies. No garbage bags except what was in the can to start with. Only 4 dishwasher tabs, only enough laundry soap to do 2 loads, only a few rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Not anywhere near enough for a 2 week stay. There was ample dishes, kitchen ware and towels, including beach towels. No TV in master bedroom. The tub in the hall bath was awful. The enamel peeling away.
There was not a book of written instructions on using Alexa, the TV, the pool and spa, etc. On a positive note, the saving grace of this home is the private pool and spa. We had trouble keeping the pool and spa heated but the owners were responsive and controlled it remotely. Note that there are cameras in the pool area. I was also concerned that the owner showed up early one morning to service the pool without informing us. If I had walked out to the pool with my morning coffee and there was a man out there, I would have been afraid and startled. The owners were responsive within minutes of my texts and questions.

The host. Lucas was efficient and helpful. Also, he had many details in the home that I've never seen or heard of that were very thoughtful specifically the welcoming Alexa and automated coffee brewing shortly after we walked in. The snacks were a huge relief for my littles as I was needing to get dinner started. All beds were decent, clean with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Bathrooms were older but very functional, hot water and fresh clean towels. Loved the large kitchen, although I recommended adding stools for the counter top. Plus of details and lots of thought out into this place. We would definitely stay again. Location was very convenient to everything. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition to our needs as well. We needed some extra space before our wedding in Fort Myers to entertain some out of town guests. The property was perfect for that. The pool/hot tub was awesome and the whole house was perfect for our large group.
