This is our 2nd time staying here while in charleston. Everything was wonderful! Great location with lots of things nearby. Tony was a wonderful host with excellent hospitality! We will definitely stay again!

This property, while only two bedrooms, is bigger than the listing leads one to believe. It's very nice. The host was friendly and responsive. They added nice touches we weren't expecting, such as soft music playing when we arrived. Just watch the coffee maker if you're brewing a single cup. It doesn't stop automatically.

We would definitely recommend this house to others! This house has so much character and we loved it. Comfortable beds, nice big kitchen with everything you need, and as clean as they come. Located right by the interstate making for easy travels.

Tony was excellent! He was welcoming and his communications were timely and clear. The house was very clean. He provided welcome treats! The house is quiet, and the VRBO description is accurate. The location is what I would describe as industrial. If you want to spend time outside or go for a run, this is probably is not ideal for you. But if you just need a place to relax and sleep, great!

My husband and I took our grandsons to the beach we stayed at Mr. Tony’s home. He was an amazing host from the house feeling like you have walked into your grandmothers home from little treats let for guests to enjoy to anything you could have needed. My grandchildren love it and said it was so cool to have candy on your pillow. The home was clean & completely inviting to make you feel at home. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again. ❤️💯

The house itself is very nice. It's clean, has a nice setup, and has all the amenities you'll need. Communication with the host is quick and easy, and they're very nice. It's in a convenient location too, right by the loop so you're only about 15-20 minutes away from most of the things to do.
The only real issue is the neighborhood doesn't look great, but there's nothing the owner can do about that.
Overall, it was a great place for what we needed and we'd definitely stay there again.

This was our fifth trip to this home. Great little community. The owner, Tony is a wonderful host. He has come to our rescue each time on the remotes... Remotes... LOL! The home is always spotless, well decorated, and the beds are comfortable. Insane water pressure in the shower! We love staying here. It is within 10 to 15 minutes of everything that you want to see in this area. Our 6-year-old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her first trip to Charleston.

We loved our stay here! Tony is a great host - very easy to communicate with and he provided a relaxing home to come back to after our excursions. Fully stocked kitchen - coffee and tea bar provided and snacks and candies throughout. A nice bottle of wine to welcome us. We loved seeing Charleston - location of house is so convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend!!! Can’t beat the price for the stay and experience. Thank you!!

We looked for weeks for a 2 bedroom, single-level house in residential that looked famil oriented. The listing offered goid pictures of the house. The Host was upfront about the neighborhood so we wasntsurprised upon arrival. Everything the Host described about the place was accurate. There was a coffee bar with coffee & tea plus all the fixings. The kitchen was sticked with practically every appliance & tools you'd need. Including baking stuff. Beds & pillows comfortable. The Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my communications with him. I'd recommend this placee to my family & friends.

I was in Charleston for a wedding in the downtown area but did not want to pay the crazy downtown rates. Tony’s place was half the price and came with perks no hotel could match. Yes, it’s about 20 minutes from downtown, but for for the savings, 20 minutes no worries.
Upon entering the home, I noticed it was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room. Yes, the place sleeps 4, put you could host dinner for 10. Tony also provided a few snacks, and well stocked candy bowls in EVERY room. I can’t say enough about this place. I highly recommend.

The property was as advertised and Tony was very attentive. He checked in multiple times to see how we were doing. It is in a great location! We visited Riverfront park, downtown Charleston, multiple garden plantations, Folly, isle of palms, Sullivan island beaches, drove to myrtle beach, drove to Savannah all with ease. If you want a great simple place to stay at a great price with all needs and an attentive host, this is a great option!

Tony was very easy to work with. The house was very clean and hospitable. The surrounding area was a little sketchy, but all seemed to go well. No one bothered us. The extra treats and surprises inside the house were nice. We left our pillow behind accidentally l, and Tony returned it and covered the shipping cost which was kind.

I’m a neat freak and although the outside isn’t much, the interior was wonderful. Lots of low lighting making it romantic and cozy. Labeled kitchen cabinets were a great surprise and much appreciated. Coffee station was stocked though I travel with my own supplies, the owner provides teas, coffee and creamer & sugars. Love the mints on the pillows. Tony was very quick to respond to all our needs. The house was well stocked with coffee, creamer, water, soda even had chocolate and mints in all the rooms of the house. What a wonderful host. We even got a thank you note on the door the last day of our stay. Oh and the wine what a great touch! There was soft music playing when we arrived and he even left the light on for us. The house was clean and the towels were nice too. I can’t say enough good things about this property and Tony The Host.

My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, here. The home was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and offered every amenity we could want or need. From laundry soap to saran wrap, candies, coffee, and condiments, we felt at home away from home. The cabinets and cupboards clearly identified their contents, instruction manuals for appliances were made available, and dishes, cookware, and utensils were plentiful. This home was exactly as described and more! Tony is a gracious host - loved the little extras (wine, treats, coffee), the radio and night lights to welcome us and timely responses to local recommendations. The location was quick access to the highway for our daily excursions. If you haven’t been to Charleston, go! and stay here, you won’t be disappointed. On a side note, our Charleston recommendations are: Fort Sumter, USS Yorktown, Historic Charleston City Market, Nathaniel Russell House, Aitken-Rhett House, Folly Beach!!, Carriage Tour, Downtown Charleston (walk and explore), Charleston Crab House, Ellis Creek Fish Camp, Bowden Island Restaurant and Gillies Seafood. Tony's house was so comfortable and homey. If we didn't want to go into Charleston or the beach, we would have stayed at the house just to relax. It was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and everything was just wonderful, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I can't say enough about this place.
