Gorgeous property! Myself and my friends (group of 9 total) stayed here when we celebrated all of our 40th birthdays. The house is clean, tons of space, gorgeous roof decks, great bathrooms and perfect location! A great space for a large group. Checkin and out was easy and simple. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

We traveled to Nashville to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday—3 generations traveling from 4 states and excited to spend time together at a property that looked amazing. The home was beautiful and spacious, with great hand out space, but OUR BEDS HAD BEEN REMADE WITH THE DIRTY SHEETS FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS. We found used bandaids, labels, glitter, and dirt in our beds. Working with the management company was terrible. No one was available to bring us sheets, so we stayed up until 2:30 am washing 7 sets of sheets ourselves. My mom wound up sleeping on towels because she was too tired to stay up and wait. Again, this was my mom’s 75th birthday trip and she SLEPT ON TOWELS. There were only 5 blankets for an 8 bedroom house so we also used towels for our blankets the first night. I spent the next day going back and forth with the management company again to get blankets. Way too much communication instead of just addressing significant issues in a timely manner. Cleanliness in general was not great. Cookies and gift crinkle paper on the floors, filthy rugs, etc. Maintenance could have been better: screen door off its hinges, leaking toilet, firepit didn’t work. I was credited back some of the hefty service fees I was charged but it did not make up for watching my mom make her bed with towels, doubling up on the sheets on my aunt’s bed because she was so disgusted by the mattress, and the amount of time I wasted on the phone instead of spending time with my family.

The couch had stains and looked like people were partying not sure what substance was on couch. The bed on 2nd floor horrible stains on protector sheet i mean discusting. Marks on some walls and some of furniture not looking good. Tub does not drain 2nd floor Garage corner full of leaves and junk. Bathroom 2nd floor foot prints on walls and hand prints not sure what someone was doing. Cobwebs. Closet shelves dirty. Floor dirty. .i do not think management is checking to see if condo is clean. Blinds in one bedroom yellow dirty. Limited pots pans and old . The management credited cleaning but not a good feeling and cleaned a little.The house could be nice if they update and clean.

Great location to the Gulch - we could walk to shopping and restaurants as well as to it was only 30–35-minute walk to downtown or 8 minutes drive.
