Large hole in bedsheet. Lots of mold in shower. Dirty rag left on counter.

Near Venice mail.

2 AC units leaking water really bad. It took management 2 days to fix one and shut the other one off. Both beds/ sheets were very dirty from previous tenants. I had to change them- with new sheets that did not fit. Management not concerned with customer service.

The staff

The apartment was in a great spot. Close to the Venice Mall. The staff were friendly. Nice clean apartment. Nice balcony, but no chair or furniture to sit on.

Check in was a nightmare. No instructions were given, and the friendly staff knew nothing of my stay. I got instructions 2 days after I checked out. The owner of the apartment needs to get his stuff in order so guests and staff are not confused. Very stressful after 12 hours of travel and not knowing that area in the Philippines. It was not worth the trouble for 1 night. If I was staying for more time it would probably have been fine.

Damp on the bathroom ceiling. Mat leading to the bathroom looked like it had been chewed by rats. Hole in the bed sheet . Brown carpet in front of bed settee not been cleaned. Cutain pole hanging off dust on shelves. Did not feel like staying but had no choice. Would never stay there again , people need to know what they are walking into

Nothing.

Place was not clean at all. Swimming pool not open on Monday whereas the add says swimming pool. No parking whereas the add says parking available. Difficult check in.

Apart from the place and its convenience, i liked the owner's hospitality and warmth.
