We traveled to Nashville to enjoy a concert at the Ryman. The hotel is situated away from the hub bub of Broadway but just a 6 minute drive. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and the bed was divine. There is a good coffee shop in the lobby serving Frothy Monkey coffee...a local favorite. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a lovely stay in the superior room with a king bed! It felt really spacious, and I have to say, the bed was incredibly comfortable—those sheets were a dream! I also appreciated having a desk and a cozy little sitting area. The shower pressure was just perfect, too! Plus, having a restaurant right on site was a lifesaver since I was too tired to venture out on my first night. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience!

It was truly amazing! At first I was a little disappointed because I though that the hotel was closer to broadway but they had very Friendly and helpful front desk attendants. my room even received a complimentary upgrade we only had breakfast at the hotel once but it was delicious and the staff specially the older gentleman was very attentive and helpful with suggestions. They were so great they even have a private shuttle service to take the guest to broadway which was amazing.and the over all decor was beautiful definitely fell in love with the fire place.

Only thing was I had reserved our stay through Expedia for two rooms. Only had one reserved on arrival. So had to get second room at another rate. Also you are charged $50 a day for parking when you are already paying to stay there. Other than that. Beautiful place. Rooms were very comfortable. We were automatically upgraded to club level because it wasn’t busy in Nashville during our stay. I appreciate that. Included, happy hour, breakfast, some sort of food during dinner time. Also drinks if any sort during this open window.

They need to sell band aids and feminine items and Tylenol. A group of us wound up syncing up and were shocked to find out that we had no problem finding an 11.00 bottle of Fiji water, but no tampons, band aids or Tylenol.

The elevator for the parking garage was my only complaint. It would bypass the lobby altogether. First time we had to walk all the way around the building. The second time we just kept riding it until it finally stopped at the lobby floor. You would push lobby and it would start to stop then go down another floor or up another floor

Parking was ridiculously expensive. Snacks were ridiculously expensive. Had to ask for fridge to be brought to room because they have a pre-stocked fridge that you can’t remove anything from. They also have weight plates under snacks. Overall, over priced. I guess if you’re balling, it would work for you.

My overall stay was very good. My only issue was the parking garage elevators were not functioning. It was frustrating when you have lots of luggage to haul up stairs.
