Great hotel by the Sea Wall.

Had dinner in "The Steakhouse" in the hotel, it was amazing. Steak was incredible. Hotel has a great view of the water. And service was great as well.

The San Luis was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Attended a Wedding and everything was great.

It was our first stay after finally getting a weekend together as we work long hours and it was disappointing. The room was not up to par, TV was broken, noticable mold and extreme dust in shower and vents. I took pics and showed the front desk and they were also surprised! I already have bad sinus/allergy issues and it did not help. The did take a few bucks off but not worth what we paid to stay there. Asked for a hair dryer amd they literally brought up a very obviously broken hair dryer after we waited almost 45 minutes. When it was turned in it sounded like it was about to burn up. The second dryer was not in good working order either. They just didn't live up to what that hotel charges. We expected way more from our first stay there.

Beautiful property! Fun pool and bar! Lots of entertainment on the facility. Staff that is not just friendly, but above and beyond. The views are extraordinary! Rooms are spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and great balconies!

Beautiful property with view of the Gulf plus easy access to the beach. Room was a little dated and the shower door leakdd on the bottom to the bathroom floor.

San Luis is our getaway close to home. You feel like you're at a tropical resort and the staff is always SO friendly.

The staff was wonderful. The storm took out the service elevators and only one elevator was available. Took one hour to get down from the 15 floor. Rain was coming in from ceiling in their beautiful lobby.

We always love staying here on the seawall. Breathtaking views. Gorgeous property and lots of food options.

Only disappointment was Hot Tub was broken

The pool area is great! We relaxed and enjoyed it for hours! A happy place! The price was a little too high for a sort of run down room…over $500 for one night for a family birthday party visit. No light bulb in nightstand and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Our teenage granddaughter was with us or it wouldn’t have mattered . Maintenance arrived quickly though and adjusted the door for the night so we could partially close it rather than take it down to fix it then. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall it is a great place. It is the end of the summer and I bet it was just heavily used during the beach season. We have stayed here many times before and will come back. I’m just being a little picky because of the price.

When we arrived we had planned on going to the pool & hanging out at the swim up bar. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel. Well it was 86 & sunny outside & we were told it was closed because of the weather. Front desk told us it would reopen momentarily & one of the cabana boys told us it was not reopening at all that day. Needless to say, my husband & I were extremely upset about this. For me to spend that much on a room & not be able to use all the amenities that are advertised is a disgrace. We will never stay at this Resort again. Everyone we talked to told us a different story. Well we left to go have drinks somewhere else & several hours later they finally reopened the pool bar. I had planned this stay for my husbands birthday & for the majority of the trip we were very upset from this incident & did not enjoy ourselves at all whatsoever. Such a waste of money, never again!!

Fun pool area with a nice beach nearby. Steakhouse had a very good live band with dance floor on Saturday night.

I like the swimming pool. I did NOT like the fact that cabanas had to be reserved ahead of time. So, they sat there EMPTY! what a waste.

Upon arriving at the resort, we were offered a room upgrade for $60 with the promise of exclusive access to an adults only pool. We were able to take advantage of this the first night and it was wonderful. The second day, the adults only pool we were promised access to became restricted and only those who had purchased cabanas in that area were allowed to us them. We decided to use the lounge chairs by the regular pool. Keep in mind, there was nothing on these chairs stating we could not sit there or that the chairs were reserved.This was fine until we had been there about 2 hours. Abruptly, a staff member came up to us and demanded that we leave our seats because a VIP had arrived and they MAY want to use these loungers. I had interacted with at least 3 staff members prior to this employee and no one told us we could not use these chairs. I told the employee to give me just a few minutes to collect our belongings. He loomed over me and started trying to move my belongings. I was extremely dissatisfied with the interaction. The upgrade we paid for also claimed that our suite would be "ultra-modern." I guess popcorn ceilings are back in style. The servers and housekeepers were great. We will likely not return to this resort.

Very nice place to relax

There was no plug/outlet on my side of the bed. Very strange. As usual (for every hotel in the country) the pillows SUCK. King size bed with baby pillows

Not happy to paid a very expensive hotel and end up with bugs bed got several bite's in my body not happy at all .. nobody care and i was told very sorry for the inconvenience!

Was charged for valet and overnight parking charges. I was never told of the overnight charges separately

The rooms are out dated and aren’t really good taken car off the hotel has a lot of cracks and drywall coming off. The bar and steak restaurant had really good service. Then servers at the swim up bar and the sit down bar were very friendly and had good customer service
