The staff was amazing from the time we called them in the car to get directions for valet parking, to checking in, restaurant recommendations, to amazing drinks in the bar-to check out-just friendly and welcoming. The hotel was gorgeous-decorated for the holidays. We got some amazing pics in front of the fireplace/holiday tree. Room was comfy and quiet. We loved it! Oh-also great location and close to downtown shopping and great restaurants.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. They always had a recommendation. The decorations for the holiday were also beautiful. The only thing was that we forgot how small double beds were.

Absolutely stunning hotel!
Not all hotels claming stars lives up to it. Wedgewood does!
From the second I stepped in until the end I felt taken care of in the most extinguished manner.
Don’t bother finding another restaurant. Bacchus at the hotel is more than enough with excellent service and wonderful food.

A hidden gem with great access to shopping & restaurants

The room was so outdated and in need of serious repairs and freshening up. The furniture was from the 80’s. The bathroom was verging on looking unclean. The price point of this hotels calls for a far superior experience than what we had. For the same price we stayed at Paradox hotel and Paradox was extraordinary in every way. Wedgewood is not the worth money. The amenities in the bathroom were bare also. Very disappointing and will never recommend anyone looking for a nice comfortable stay

The staff was incredible. Everything was over-the-top! This is the only hotel I would stay at in Vancouver. It was my favorite hotel I’ve ever been to.

Leona on reception was so helpful and friendly. Great room. Loved everything about it. Staying again on Sunday. Breakfast was also first class

This is a boutique style hotel. Very clean and from our short stay, very organized. Decorating is polished and inviting. All staff were professional, kind, and welcoming. Cookies in the evening were a nice touch. I believe this will be our new go-to hotel when we are in town.

If you want to be treated like a queen. Stay at the Wedgewood. The entire staff is spectacular and if you haven't tried Bacchus, eat there.

I can't tell you how incredible this customer service was. The over-the-top friendliness, which included asking enough questions to find out we were in town for my husbands birthday. Surprise Chocolates to our door, a vegan restaurant reservation made on our behalf to a tasting menu. Tremendously thoughtful and over the top service. Really haven't experienced something this magical for decades.

I absolutely love this property. Every chance I get to visit Vancouver I book at the Wedgewood - the experience is always positive, warm, and I feel like a valued guest. I recommend staying at the Wedgewood to anyone visiting the downtown!

A quaint and beautiful hotel that had wonderful staff. We loved the turn down service with the water and cookies, and the wine upon check in. Everything was spotless!

The parking @ Hotel is not a correct market price @ 65.00 tax for one night stay.
Paying Hotel room,as well Dinning in Hotel ,room service and breakfast my bill was substantial.,i accept this.I would respectfully however ask to have the parking @ half cost as i spent as noted considerable for one night to stay.My trip was for a local rock concert @ GM place.
The parking aspect cost i did not receive well to my liking.

Our flight was delayed so we ended up checking in at 3am in the morning. We were greeted at the door even though it was in the middle of the night and even identified our names without prompting. The check in process was very easy and extremely friendly. The upgraded room was very spacious and we loved the small goodies like a personalized card, cookies, and wine. It was a great way to end the day after a long day of traveling with small kids.

The staff are amazing, but the room was not clean when we first entered. There was hair on one bed and some on the bathroom floors. I called the front desk the manager was very apologetic, sent room service to change the sheets and cleaned the bathroom floor. He even sent a small box of chocolate with an apology card. My issue with this hotel is the room has this mold smell the entire time that you’re in.

Classic property with impeccable personalized service! Front desk and doormen were the best. Room comfortable and nice amenities. Location can’t be beat! Liked the garden seating off the workout area. Breakfast wasn’t as good as we remembered from our last visit, but overall loved our visit.
